Came to Beauty Emergency Clinic for the first time. Nong Nicole was very cute and friendly and explained the advice in an easy to understand way, and most importantly, she was very light-hearted (meso injections for a clear face). Recommend this place.

Nicole has been very supportive, gentle and nice throughout my hair laser journey here. After my third treatment here, i noticed that my hairs started to significantly reduce. I have been a regular customer for three years now and little to no hair has grown back! I am a person who always fear pain, however nicole has always reassured me and talked to me throughout the entire experience making it very easy to go through. Nicole is such a sweetheart and so professional! I feel so lucky to have found her! Her beautiful salon uses the most cutting-edge equipment so I felt privileged to be getting a treatment.
Over the phone, she recommended a newer treatment over the one I had enquired about because she said the results were equal but the downtime was less - plus it was cheaper! Even though she offers both treatments!
I don’t even know what I had but I can say that it was powerful, painless and two days later, I can see it is going to be highly rejuvenating. A big advancement on all the rosacea treatments I have had over the years.
Nicole is also so gracious - I don’t think she really knows how good she is.

She is genuine and gives you all the information you need without being pushy and best of all if its not right for you in her experienced view, she will advise against it. I've been getting hydro-microdermabrasion treatments here monthly and enjoy the time out and attention to detail she provides for my monthly pamper session.

I found Nicole and her business through Groupon; I bought a hydrodermabrasion voucher. The Byoote911 shop has a very welcoming set up. Nicole was very thoroughly and knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy either and didn’t give me a hard sell which is so rare these days in the beauty industry. I will definitely be returning!
