6Normally, I would have given a 4 to 4.5 rating for this store. However, after a rather negative experience with one of the sales man minutes before closing I have only given a 3 because the other members of staff are really friendly, helpful and very customer orientated, who provide a great service. After complaining about my very disappointing experience the area manager made a token jest in the form of a $20 voucher. Quite good on his part. I live nearby, so I will be going back to see if the extra training that the person in question was supposed to receive has had some effect. I'll keep you posted.

Tired of getting told my Canadian license isn't accepted at these establishments. It's just as valid as a passport. If VicRoads doesn't require me to have an australian license or passport to drive then a bottle shop shouldn't have these over the top requirements. Sent my wife in to pick the bottle up instead as I wasn't carrying my passport and she was and still got refused service
