Management if you are reading this, please encourage the young staff to pucker up and do their job correctly.

Communication skills is lacking in their department. In retail it only takes one clown to give the entire business a bad rep.

Worst experience at the store the people behind the counter were just chatting did not even bother to greet and ask if i require any assistance went up to the counter and asked if they could do a price match and they bluntly said no not returning back you need to improve your customer service ethic big time

Good store for all drinks from cheap to top of the range good knowledge of all wine from all staff i have dealt with there

On 15 of oct, around 7.30pm, which is my daughter’s birthday and our family decided to buy beers and campaign to celebrate, so I parked my car and ask my eldest daughter (20 years old) and my second daughter (17 years old) to grab it. Unfortunately the guy in the store refused to sell it to my eldest daughter, the reason being, because she’s bring her 17 years old sisters with her even tho my eldest daughter had ID with her, and the second daughter is not the one who’s gonna purchased it. So they get back to car and ask me, so when I went back with my eldest daughter, and buy it with her. But he even refused to sell it to me just because my eldest daughter was bring her 17 years old sister to the store before. So I ask for the reason, and he said he’s afraid that my daughter is helping her underage friend to purchase alcohol, so my daughter explain to him that she is her sister, but he just replied don’t matter who is she to my daughter! Excuse me! This time Is I who is 45 years old to purchase it, so what he mean is I will help my underage daughter to purchase alcohol? What’s wrong with him? And what in the world will make him think I will allow my underage daughter drink! So i asked him, when I went to the store last time with my 8 years old daughter, why am I able to purchase, but not with 20 years old daughter who just brought her sister to the store and this time is not even with her than I’m not allow to? He said it’s different case. So my daughter asked him, if what he ment is if any family with underage members are not allow to purchase? But he answer not really, So I kindly suggest, if an adult is not allow to bring underage family members into the store please put up a sign. So I’m get angry and said I’m never come back and he just said “ I’m fine with that”. This is truly an unpleasantness and feeling Not respect experience, and is ruining the mood of our party.

I went to bws tarneit 7: 57pm on 22/06/2017 to check the price of black label for party next day.the guy working there told me we closing in 1 min.i told him we dont want to buy anything just checking the price but worker told me to leave if you not buying anything.i thing 3 min were enough to check the price of something.not a good customer service.i myself have worked in woolies 6 years but never treated any customer like this.

Excellent service! Best looking manager I've seen in a bws before highly recommended going to that store as it's far above other stores
