6I have been going to this Drive-Thru when I'm Melton for years and the customer service is always friendly, professional and fast.
Great range of products prices where average service was good no hold up store was clean
The tall bald guy there makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I drive up and see him at the counter, I keep driving and go across the road to IGA instead. I am a regular customer and the staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly but that one guy makes me very anxious. I have had multiple unpleasant encounters with him, he has followed me around the store, asked for my ID while I'm trying to grab things, and has stared at my ID for uncomfortably long on 2 occasions. I am a regular and he definitely knows who I am yet I continue to be ID'd, harassed and followed. I have never experienced this before and I hope he isn't making other customers feel this way.
Great store to shop at especially when you what to remember a dear friend on the anniversary of his passing, great service especially in this lockdown your all working very hard. Great job
Pleasant place to stop for a drink. Staff are friendly. They have live music sometimes. They have the sport on a large screen the n one bar. The food is quite acceptable.
These guys should spend less time getting worked up over girls in short skirts walking to Macs, and more time serving customers.
