I don’t know what it is but the guys that work here have never made me feel welcome. I get the vibe they think I’m trying to steal or something?

Didn't stock what I wanted, although it does have a great selection of products and assistant was very helpful.

A quick alcohol run is fine but don't stay there too long browsing, some stabbings happened to the security there.

Being racist or just don't want to do her job. Today 12- N/A. Keep asking for cigarettes names doesn't even considered to look at it until i said "they usually have it those". Can't do your job? Just fkng leave.

There have promotion when you buy one you can get one free. However they charge double price. Be aware this shop.

My friend was trying to return a item due to the incorrect statement from the store owner. Instead accepting the mistake, the owner refuesed to accept the return and insisted that this purchase not refundable. My friend literally went to other store to do the return. Such a great customer service.

Today, There was a “ 1 buy, 1 get free” $19.but he tried to make me pay $38 as the original price.even he doesn’t know how to refund it.he said “I can not refund.you need to call to Customer service team. ” but it was a lie.we can get a refund ANY BWS stores. This is the BWS’s return&refunds policy! You MUST KNOW about this.it’s the worst customer service ever.
Fortunately, I got the refund from other BWS store.

They have a decent selection of alcohol, prices aren't too bad, the range of beer and spirits is pretty great, but I've seen better.

About 4: 30pm on 6/10/2020 there was a dude and a chick working and there was a small computer issue and they smashed it straight away and helped me get my booze YOOOOOOOO what legends they deserve promotions! Wearing a mask and everything, following the rules! Perfection

Messy Shop, poor knowledge on wine and spirits, and total lack of customer service and unfriendly staff. (they only know commercial brands and the Endeavour Group portfolio).

I understand that working in a bottle shop you need to be strict but the guy at the counter is not friendly at all.

Limited stock and even when on sale, more expensive than Dan Murphy's or the independent stores nearby

Yeah this place was amazing.it's probably the best place I've ever been to in my life. I really enjoyed myself me and the guy at the counter were talking for ages. I felt like we really hit it off.he's a really good bloke. I'll probably will stay friends with him. I should have asked what his name is. I hope your company policy allows for that, you know, friendship with staff.
I would never ask for anything at a discounted rate.because we were best mates or anything. Wink wink

Really bad service at the Elizabeth street store. Don't go there! I was provided bad service by the franchise owner! I really want to put in a formal complaint about him but who knows how?

Used to go to Preston BWS, staffs are very helpful with good deals & promotions. Went to 388 Elizabeth St yesterday, terrible service! Little fat guy called himself manager told us to go to the bottle shop up the road. Too lazy!

Really good place to shop for liquor. They have a diverse range of $4 wine to even $200 single malt whiskey

Located in the CBD. Excellent collection of liquor. They have almost all the brands, be it beer or whiskey or rum or gin. The staff seem to try to be helpful, But their knowledge of alcohol is absolutely poor. I asked for an Australian local liquor and the guy at the billing suggested the Bundaberg might taste good.and guess what!? Bundaberg is the worst RUM I ever had. Even the Old Monk from India beats it hands down! Guys, No Bundaberg, ever!
