What can I say? Its BWS. And drive through. Convenient. And you can park right at the lane, meters away from the store.
Tried to call the store to check availability of a product. Phone was picked up and hung up straight away. Extremely displeased and felt very undervalued. Went to Liquorland instead.

Horrible costumer service! The bloke on register seems drunk or something.and the manager never says Hi or smile one single time. I live locally but rather go down the road to Dan murphy.

Granted they don’t always have a full range, however they do whatever is possible to help. Make recommendations etc. Honestly, best customer service here.:)
The shop looks really nice now with the recent renovation, it feels bigger and cleaner. I love the new whiskeys in stock and the customer service has always been good here.

Good selection of beers and wine. Prices competitive, not a huge amount of parking, so likely gets busy on a Friday arvo
