Helpful staff and loved the cute decorations in store. Made it feel much more like a bespoke store than a chain.

The girl with dark hair that worked on the 12/11/22 here is so rude, I waited for ages then she stormed over, didn’t say a word to me the entire time she served me just glared at me like putting through my 2 items was a burden on her and stormed off as soon as I paid. Horrible customer service. Maybe rethink who you’re hiring to represent your store lol

Was served by the lovely Nick last night right on closing time. However that didn't impact his ability to give his customers awesome customer service. When the drink I went in to buy wasn't available he went out of his way to reopen the roller covers on the pre mixed fridge and help by suggesting and finding an equally as good alternative. As bad as I felt he was reopening something he just shut up it was " no big deal" & "his pleasure to help. Thanks for your A class services Nick. I never go out of my way to make a bad review but always will for a good one for those who I hope feel honestly appreciated

The store manager helped me out and put my belonging eg: specialised rockhopper brand new. He suggested a nice non alcoholic drink called North refreshing ale. Low cal. 100% crafted.best services I've ever had at a bottle-o: BWS

I wanted to buy a certain bottle of wine that only BWS has but only their Williamstown store has it

Decent prices, decent range overall quite average/normal but the staff are the best you'll find anywhere! Cannot recommend them enough for the friendly greeting and extensive knowledge

Not your ordinary bottle shop, let alone BWS. The team there exude such passion for life and will chat to you about anything and everything. The manager, James, knows his stuff and being ethnic himself will introduce you to a world of new and exciting if you're willing to give it a try. They always have tastings on and keep a bars' worth of tasting stock behind the counter. My suburb has 7 bottle shops but I go out of my way to come here for alcohol.

The people who work here are very knowledgeable about drinking. Always up for a good yarn. Way better than the williamstown store.

James helped me with my enquiries. His product knowledge is extensive and he was willing to go the extra mile to assist. Excellent customer service.

It exists. There's a liquor land inside that has a way better range and better specials 8/10 times obviously some weeks it has a purpose but the range is far better inside.

Friendly staff with sound knowledge on the products, reasonable rates with good deals for this Christmas! Would recommend this store to all.
