I can can highly recommended the service of BW&A, nothing is a issue and they offer 5star service.

Dealing with the team at BW&A is a great experience. They are always happy to answer any questions we have, relating to specific projects from a residential and commercial level. Having a great team to deal with through the building permit stage always helps for a smooth process. This way we can convey key information and updates to the clients regarding their projects.

Can't recommend Kevin Downey highly enough. Before we found Kevin at BW&A we had a costly experience with Victorian Building Surveyors which left us getting no where and feeling ripped off. Kevin helped us beyond what was expected and nothing was too much for him. Don't your time and effort with anyone else.

I was quite happy with the professional manner of BW&M and the quick service of the initial inspection and issue of the report.
The issues raised were promptly responded to however my file had apparently fallen between the cracks. Upon a gentle reminder, the final report was issued within days. Mission accomplished.my thanks to Kevin D.
Then there was the council review. A 'couple of weeks' turned out to be five and a half. The wheels of bureaucracy do turn slowly.
