I recommend never using this store. We were quoted half price for our phone repairs and were charged full price on pick up. We were messed around for almost 3 weeks of chasing a refund before being told no because we picked our phone up the following day. The initial issue being repaired has not been fixed either and my phone has more issues than before. Don’t like my chances of getting this rectified. They say the pride themselves on customer satisfaction and quality service. What an absolute joke. Worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Go elsewhere.

Very nice store, I love the layout that displays the wide range of iPhone 13 and soon to be iPhone 14 cases, very nice.

So wrapped with the service today. I rang up about getting my screen for my Samsung S21 Ultra phone fixed and it was donesame day. Highly recommend these folks and loving that I can use my phone again thank you so much

My daughters phone speaker stopped working so took it into buzz tech thinking it'll cost a fortune but the staff were amazing they gave the phone a clean and worked like new again. Special mention to Teresa who entertained My daughter while we were there she goes above and beyond at her job. Thank you!
