BuzzTech Mobile Phone Repairs - Geelong

For some time I have been a customer at BuzzTech Torquay. This was my first experience with the Geelong Branch. I found Paula to be extremely helpful in updating my I phone software. She also recommended that I replace the plastic screen cover. The phone is now like new. Well done. Lauren

Terrible service. Wish I’d read the reviews before going here, as I can see a lot of other people have had the same experience. I agreed a time to collect my phone, left work early to do so and found the shop was closed. I went back the next day and the guy working there laughed when I asked what he’d consider to compensate for the (considerable) inconvenience. Service is usually exceptional in this small town, but this guy seems to think he can be as rude as he likes to his clients. This morning I received a message from them asking for a five star review - it’s a shame they couldn’t take the time to communicate with me sooner. Go somewhere else!

Super quick phone repairs and great quality that actually offer the longest warranty compared the the rest nearest!

Had screen replaced after 4 days it came lose after pushing back with my thumb the screen cracked! Apparently they don’t warrant there bad workmanship! Spoke to iPhone guy if not done properly this can happen! Be aware of rushed bad quality repairs!
They don't fix phones they break them! DON'T GO THERE!

Had a quite disappointing result after servicing here. Paid money for a dead phone that doesn't turn on.wouldn't ask to repair if they told i can't use this phone anymore.
Just ended up wasting my money with getting nothing. They seemed kind but.their policy. That's all.

Awesome service! Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough - always friendly and happy to help now matter how big or small the problem.

I went in after using these guys for screen changes in the past. This time I could receive and make calls but neither party could hear each other. I was there for approx 10 mins, the technician downloaded some software and, magically, everything worked at no charge, for a good review. Every experience has been positive and I have no problem recommending these guys to everyone.

Super quick getting my iPhone screen fixed. Way easier to go here in geelong than to go to Melbourne to the Apple store where you pay an arm and a leg to get the same thing done. Thanks Nick!

Wasn’t happy with the first screen replacement and got excellent service when I took it back - replaced it and added an extra product no charge. Have been friendly, polite and communicated well from the beginning, not just in response to my concerns.

Took my daughters phone there today. The guys were very helpful. Great service, would definitely use them again!

Amazing repairs everytime! Most times the repairs are done within 10 minutes whilst I wait, and other times only within the hour!

0 STARS *** Not Trustworthy - Don't wast your time - Was quoted for a repair, asked to pay up front then told they don't do the work. Hands down worst customer experience EVER.

The most UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNRELIABLE, DISRESPECTFUL service in Geelong. I came here to have my phone screen repaired; a simple smashed glass screen was all that was needed to be fixed. I received my phone, screen fixed but MY CAMERAS, TOUCH ID and FLASH WERE NOT WORKING. Buzztech said they could resolve their mistake, AFTER 7 WEEKS WITHOUT MY PHONE, after being HUNG UP ON and SWORN AT, being continuously told my phone would be ready, I received a phone that was NOT MY ORIGINAL PHONE, and was not told about the replacement. This replacement phone is faulty, after 7 weeks I receive a phone that is just as faulty as their first horrible attempt at fixing it. I now am with a faulty phone and cannot be bothered dealing with this unreliable and degrading business again. You will not get your phone back in any better condition then it went in, or you will end up paying more to fix buzztech’s unprofessional mistakes. Go to an authorised repair shop, not some shop with cigarettes sprawled across their work station.
