Buza Chicken reviews
19Such a beautiful and loving atmosphere. Staff were all very friendly and very welcoming. Food was incredible. Very fresh and full of flavour. Cannot wait to return
I like that I can eat Korean chicken deliciously and there is a lot of it. It's not far from the city center and located inside a shopping center, so the store is clean.
Self service but the price is a bit expensive, charge for kimchi no free side dish. Not recommended
I've been to Buza before and really have enjoyed their soy and spicy boneless chicken (that is worthy of 5 stars due to the crunch on the outside yet juicy chicken on the inside).
However this time we tried some of their new selections. I forgot what it was called but it had the blurb that it was the No1 favourite chicken in Korea. We also ordered the tteok bok ki (spice level 3, delicious).
Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the no1 favourite chicken, it was a bit sweet and would much rather the soy or spicy chicken.
Service was nice and atmosphere very comfortable.
Really nice fried chicken.
Ordered half original & half spicy whole boneless chicken.
Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
After being a fan of the brand for the last 3 or 4 years, I'll finally give my review, We went to try the 2 new artwork of the menu: Cheese fondue chicken & Chipotle chicken with Nachos. I'm definitely a fan of the chicken of the first one, but the different flavours and sauce of the second one are amazing. Love it, strongly recommended. I'll be back, as always!
I wouldve given zero stars if i could. The tap beer was pretty much flat, no fizz whatsoever. And the soju glass we received still had the lipstick mark of the previous person along with other dirt and grime. The table we were given was very sticky and there were remnants of oils and foods even though it wasnt a busy period (vast majority of the tables were empty). But above all was the lack of apology or responsibility regarding these issues and their nonchalant response of telling us to just get a refund and leave. Very poor service!
If you're looking for a yummy Korean feast, Buza Chicken has you covered!
We had a lot of food:
The Boneless Fried Chicken was amazingly crunchy and super juicy - our fave for the night!
Kimchi Pancake was delicious, savoury and the edge was crispy!
Veggie Dumplings were moreish, especially when dipped into the vinegar.
Tteokbokki on Plate was filled to the brim with spicy goodness. There were rice cakes, fish cakes, starch noodles and vegetable, topped with an egg (and we added a side of Seaweed Rolls - yum!)
Washed it all down with the sweet Korean drinks
Buza Chicken is also really easy to get to - on Level 3 in Melbourne Central!
Highly recommend if you love a spicy, crunchy Korean feast!
Delicious food! The kimchi loaded fries and fried chicken we had were amazing! Service was good too:)

Korean Fried Chicken
Buza has just introduced their new range of burgers and my favorite would be the soy smoke chicken burger just as good as their Fried soy smoke chicken. It's so so soo flavourful, not too saucy, just the right amount! Make sure to get the Fried cauliflower too!
Their chicken are all halal, but they do serve pork and alcohol on premises.
Love the smoke chicken here, also the tteokbokki here is quite spicy for just level2 spicy
Such a convenient place to have chicken and beer in city CBD. Their snow cheese chicken is an abaolute gem, which is served in a decent portion and size.
What I like about this place is it is easily reached by public transport. Not only the food is delicious, this place is connected with shopping centre which allow customers to go for one stop entertainnent.
I visited Buza Chicken because I heard they are serving a new menu during lunch time. I ate bulgogi burger set, and the taste was Korean barbecue, and the smell of the fire was so good. The price is a set of burgers, chips, and drinks
It was so big … Highly recommends it.
The menu was only $12.99… I think I'll visit often during lunch time ^^
Food was alright, but customer service was just bad. Waited 50min for a tteokbokki to come out and had to follow up twice for it! This wasn’t the first time they messed up our order, last time we came they gave us the wrong dish and told us it was right. We had to show the waitress the menu to explain we ordered seafood, not bulgogi.
The fried chicken was crispy and spring onion chicken was neatly delicious. It’s a must visit place if you want true korean chicken
Must try the smokey soy fried chicken. Visited on a Wed night for dinner and ordered the smokey soy fried chicken. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and painted with delicious smokey soy sauce. Service was quick and atmosphere wasn't too noisy which was good for chatting. Definitely would come again.
Looking for a Korean feast? Then look no further, Buza is the place to be. Finger licking good fried chicken, hearty stews and sides that will blow your mind and taste buds. If you don't know what to order, just order everything!
The Chicken Galbi was sensational
First time trying it, it maybe covered in sauce but the chicken was still crunchy.
The chicken was also cooked perfectly
When Fried chicken is Life (Cauliflower x KFC)
Today, let me present you a delicious fried chicken in Melbourne Central.
The dishes at BUZA were inspired by the street food in Hongdae and night market. There is a mouth-watering variety of hearty Korean stew and delicious side dishes like crispy fried cauliflower and the house signature soy smoke. Highly recommend @buzachicken @melbournecentral
