Worst experience ever. I hired buywise for a pre-hand over inspection due to their good internet reviews but my experience was terrible from every aspect. I dealt with Belinda who answered my call and was quite friendly during the initial the conversation! St, they could not attend the time that they set with the builder and they said their staff was injured and cannot come to the inspection tomorrow morning after I took a day off already. We agreed to a different day and I was told by Belinda I have to pay $600 for the inspection as the inspection is going to be comprehensive and it takes about 2 hours while I realised that the inspection was done in 60 mins only. I went to the site and could not find the inspector and I rang my builder and he told me the inspector was already gone within the hour. Till now, I am fine by all these and happy to listen to excuses but once they deducted their payment after the inspection, everything changed. Their friendly customer services is not there anymore, Rang about 4 times and never returned my call etc. I waited for the report and seriously cannot believe that this report worth more than $10 not $ 600.the report was the poorest thing i have ever seen.the report did not pick up a lot of defaults and Considering I am a civil engineer, I expected a really professional report the comprehensively includes all defaults but the report did not include nothing TBH. I rang up again and spoke to Belinda and she asked me to email her any defaults that were not included in the report and she will be getting the inspector to add it to the report ASAP which I did on the same day and I kept waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting but heard nothing. No reports, no emails no phone calls not answering my calls not replying to my emails and I ended up hiring another company to do another inspection. Please do not waste your money and time with this company and find a genuine company that has qualified inspectors to do the job as I even doubt if the buywise inspectors are qualified by trade or just got the So called experience.
