Had a great experience with Charlie, went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. Can’t rate him highly enough.

They don’t give attention to requests even if it is an emergency. I have had 3 agents in the past and they’re all excellent.service no repairs but this time, with Buxton Oakley, lots of repair requests, no prompt response and they don’t even listen ti you at all.ridiculous. Agents are absolutely incompetent and non responsive.
