I recently moved on from my rental through Buxton Highton.
My experience with Sophie Boland was exceptional.
From start to finish Sophie's professional and courteous nature made the rental journey a pleasure.

Experienced Agent with Pertinent Advice. Tony is very experienced in sales and will give sellers the most pertinent advice that fits the market.

Communication is a Strong Point. Tony and his team are excellent agents. Our sale experience with them was seamless. All our requests to Tony were met. Communication is a strong point of Tony's. We requested feed back about our properties sales progress at regular intervals. Tony provided this personally after all open days. We had renters in our property during the open days, Tony's Communication with them was also excellent. Great result for us, very happy.

I would definitely not recommend using Tony Moorfoot from Buxtons Highton. He walked through my property with an overinflated ego. He didn’t speak about any of my properties great features instead he focused on what my house didn’t have, such as no stone bench tops, that it was on a small block of land, didn’t have an ensuite and that no one wanted a spa bath anymore. Considering the age and the condition of my house and that it had mostly been updated this was very disappointing.
This tactic was used to enable him to advertise my property at a lower range. Beware!

This is a red flag when the owner of the company responds in this way.
You are correct I didnt enlist Tony Moorfoot or Buxton Real Estate to sell my property. I had been conversing with Tony for approx 1 year whilst I was preparing my home for sale. When we met and started conversations around the potential sale with Buxton and we talked about the option of going to auction, Tony became quite aggressive as I wouldnt share what my reserve price was - as I was still determining this myself. He commented that "he didnt want to be embarrassed in front of his clients" if he didnt know what my reserve price was. But arent I also your client?
In response to your comment made with regards to what I was quoted by Tony he quoted the range of $590,000 - $630,000. Starting at $590k to get the "first home buyers in". I then spent some time negotiating with him to increase the range yes that is correct. He then lifted it to $600,000 - $650,000.
I sold the property for $630,000 some months after meeting with him after banks had commenced raising interest rates. So in terms of was I happy for the price I sold for, yes I was. The initial agent I enlisted (which I have also done a review on - to give you some background as to why this agent didnt sell my property), was holding my property for a buyer that was waiting to sell her property so she could buy mine. I was in a position to be able to give this buyer time but unfortunately things didnt go the way I was hoping. But thats real estate!

Hard Working and Attentive Agent. Roger was very easy to work with. He kept us informed at all times and we were very pleased with the advertising package that was produced and posted on our behalf. The things he promised, such as changes to advertising or the posting of the for sale sign were completed in a timely manner. He made good suggestions, but it was always clear that we were the ones who had to make the decisions. We always felt comfortable dealing with Roger and never felt any pressure to make decisions that we were uneasy with. A very positive experience.

Anthony was brilliant, with everything you do there is often unexpected that can pop up, every concern was addressed promptly and it was a very positive experience.

The predictions of the Markets performance was spot on and the updates provided were prompt.

Anthony Greco did an outstanding job for us in purchasing our property; he communicated and negotiated well, obviously doing his best for both parties. Thanks Anthony.

Suzi is the best property manager we have ever dealt with. If we ever have an issue or query she responds and gets it sorted pretty much immediately. She's also very friendly and approachable. Couldn't ask for better service.

Good experience in a downward market.
We've bought & sold a few properties now. We have always had a good experience through Buxton (as both a buyer & vendor). On this occasion, Tony delivered, and did so in challenging times (from a vendor perspective). He was sympathetic with the specifics of our need to sell, and we still got a price at the top of our range. His communication & tactics shows his market/industry experience, and he is not afraid to make/suggest the best course of action and reacts quickly to situational changes/challenges. Tony, and also Ally were Professional & active throughout our process.
We would sell again through this Agency & these Agents.

Christiene Allison is the worst agent I have ever met. She Illegaly let potential buyers through the house without her there. They then caused issues and damages. She sided with the purchasers and I was forced to let the purchaser hold 5k. After Christine blatantly lied to me to get paid. She gets 1.9% of your house sale, for me she got around 21k, gave the clients 5k of my profit basically and she knew my situation. (Recently divorced and having a really hard time mentally) Christine was only ever concerned with her pay day. Absolutely trashy person. Not genuine at all. Do business with her at your own risk.

Would recommend.
Tony and the team were extremely professional, offering reasonable suggestions on price and marketing. His dealings with potential buyers resulted in achieving a great price. Would recommend.

Outstanding Agent
I can highly recommend Roger as an outstanding Agent. Roger patiently stepped me through the process of selling my investment property providing a great campaign that resulted in my property selling within a couple of days at the top of the advertised range. He was tireless in negotiating the best selling price while keeping me constantly updated along the way. I could not be happier with the service provided.
