We had a negative experience with Buxton as sellers. Definitely would not recomend this company.

Throughout the process of finding a house that was suitable for my needs Buxton ballarat we’re amazing made the whole thing so easy and clear, great communication and very professional special mention of Nicole Mahony who is an absolute star of a property manager. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We wanted to find a buyer who felt like they'd arrived home when they visited our house.
So we wanted an agent who was gentle and matched well with the house- showing warmth, kindness and good rapport with buyers.
Andreana was awesome at getting to know buyers. She knew where they were in the market, which made us feel like we were in competent hands. She called us after every open, explained who had visited, who was a potential buyer and what the strategy was.
We wouldn't hesitate using Andreana again.
