I highly recommend this company. Max and Elaine are extremely responsible and diligent. They are quick and patient in addressing any areas where I had doubts or didn't understand. They are able to put themselves in the shoes of their clients and don't easily assume that clients know everything. Instead, they analyze risks and provide advice from the client's perspective. The settlement of my property went very smoothly.

This firm provides worst service ever, the lady called susanna lost my file, made mistakes on the contracts, and never reply phone calls or emails.
Luckily the seller has a good solicitor who helped me a lot so settlement was not delayed, otherwise i will 100% report to VCAT for their poor service delaying settlement and paying extra rents.
If you are real estate agent, please never recommend this firm to your clients, they will hate you and blame you.
If you are buyers or sellers, this is the firm you will need to avoid.

Such lack of respect and unprofessional behaviour from a firm in Australia is unprecedented. I do not know what kind of people work in this team? ! These people think they are entitled to totally ignore the official emails they receive from other conveyancers who are following up on mutual property settlement cases. My conveyancer has sent them numerous emails and called many time over the past 2 months, with not a single one returning an answer. Avoid doing any business with them.

This is one of the worst people / firm around.in the world!
I think we can get enough people to start a class action against them!
I have access to lawyers and large law firms which would LOVE to take them on and make them go Bankrupt with law suits.
Hands up anyone willing to go Class action?
I am very keen to get thew lawyers I have onto them.
We are also thinking of reporting them to ASIC and ACCC and get a tribunal hearing on their practices.
Would also report them to ATO to flag that this type of firm would need to be investigated and audited.
I have sent them emails they don;t bother to reply.
They finally met their match this time.

Not a great experience, talking to the staff seems like they dont care as I try to chase information for our mutual clients. Not a once off situation, happens too many times the lack of care or efforts.
