I published my first book with Busybird and was very pleased until I received an email telling me that unless I paid more money, my file was going to be deleted.
When I created my book (in conjunction with an authorship program) there was no mention of any additional costs.

I published my first book with BusyBird and they have been great all the way through, they have made things flow as much as possible and explained things well for a first timer
