Busy Bees at Cranbourne

Very accommodating to you if you running late for drop off and will try everything to help settle your little one each time they visit. Just absolutely lovely staff, my son loved his time back in 2018/2019 and now my daughter is there!

Centre Manager and Staff are super supportive, Centre has great facilities and resources and best part is my children absolutely love to be there. The staff really make the difference. Highly recommend!

Staff are fabulous, my child always comes home happy great at keeping you informed what your child has done for the day.

Absolutely love the girls at Busy Bees Cranbourne. I praise them highly in all aspects. Have been there from day one. If anyone is looking for a great Center this is the place.

Bliss Cranbourne is one of the best centres I’ve had my children enrolled in! Finest quality of care and dedication! The attention to detail in every aspect is astounding! The staff - oh bless, Kylie the Center manager is the absolute face of the business, she’s always on top of things and so spontaneous to respond to the mundane Enquiries I’ve had. Payments are very well calculated and deducted efficiently, any changes to be applied are communicated so thoroughly! I was a bit uncertain when busy bees took over but safe to say I don’t even know when the transition happened! I would like to name every single staff to show my appreciation because you guys are the absolute best and are a very crucial part of my children’s life! Great Job! The worst chidcare ever. Please think twice before you sign enrollment forms. I submitted the forms and only attended one orientation session. I requested to withdraw both kids and they charged $400 as bond which is acceptable according to their contract. Next day they again charged $1800 including two weeks in advance payment. I have been chasing them for 3 weeks to get that $1800 refunded and still did not receive the money. I patiently waited 3 weeks without giving this type of review for them to respond to my enquiry and finally decided to warn the other people to avoid this kind of actions in future.

It is a beautiful centre, very warm and welcoming environment. The staff are amazing, very loving and nurturing.

Bliss are fantastic! They go above and beyond for our daughter and young family, we are first time parents and leaving Alexandria was very daunting to begin with. The centre manager Kylie and her whole team are always brilliant to deal with, great communication, happy fun educators.
Our daughter comes home so so happy (and tired) from playing all day.

Ever since my toddle son has joined this centre he has become stubborn, unhappy and grumpy all the time. I have never witnessed this before when he was going to other centre. Now he does not want to even look at the centre let alone attending it.i am not sure how he is being treated at the centre. I can only assume that there is no personal attention because of crowded classes, on top of that we need to give four weeks notice to leave the centre, which is ridiculous.

The staff here at bliss early learning centre are phenomenal, not only the way they are with all the children but with parents too. The staff are so welcoming from the minute you step into the door.
Bliss is not like any other centre I have been too, they get to know all the children and their interest and incorporate them into their rooms making the children feel comfortable.
When i first started my daughter at the centre i was having trouble letting go and the staff in my daughters room were fantastic and provided me with lots of photos to show me how amazing my daughter was during the day and all the things she was doing. My daughter loves the staff and all her friends at the centre. I couldn't have chosen a better centre for my daughter.

At Bliss early learning in Cranbourne the centre is such a clean and natural environment my daughter loves it and is always so excited to be there. The educators are amazing always so helpful in the mornings for the drop off and are always sharing her fun and exciting experiences she does through out the week. I highly recommend this centre to anyone in the area.

Please read the Fine print before you sign. We made a mistake by rushing. Apparently they need 4 weeks notice before you cancel your enrollment. The excuse for 4 weeks notice is staffing plans.

Staff is good. But the center act like a corporation rather than Humans. My kid is unsettled since he joined but we are stuck with this Cranbourne center for four weeks. My Son never had any issues in Any kind of care but at Bliss Cranbourne he is very unhappy, Just don't wanna go there.

Other hand they need 200$ Bond which is fare enough but they also want 2 weeks in advance. You have to have a direct debit as you can't pay at the center. Overall very bad experience as they treat you like a Business transaction rather than a Human. Money is more important for these people compared to a poor kid who just don't want to be there.

Thank you for the love and care you have provided my girls. You have made the transition to school so much easier, with the ready to read program offered in the kinder room I feel that Isabella is already 10 steps ahead. Bliss definitely offers great value for money, great value for money, they have great indoor and outdoor facilities & equipment and flexible drop-off/pick-up hours. I love the daily communication on the ap and most importantly the staff are all very nurturing, friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend checking it out!
