Last minute flower for performance in Monash Nice selection of flowers reasonable pricing and friendly boss

Ordered flowers for my mum who is currently hospital. She loves them and has had so many comments saying how beautiful they are.

If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my go to. The staff are extremely rude and gave me attitude when I brought back a bouquet of flowers that were clumped up and unevenly distributed (looked like a child made them), they then refused to make a new one for me. This is disgusting. Don’t recommend at all…

This is the best flower business ever, they went above and beyond for me today to deliver a teddy bear and a massive bunch of flower to my best friend in palliative care, I spent $100 and got way more than the value, the lady I spoke to is so so amazing and I can't thank her enough. Best flower shop ever and very very good value for money. Highly recommend everyone to visit this place and see the beautiful flowers.

Went in on the day of my sisters graduation and the lovely staff at the store was able to put together a beautiful looking set of flowers for a very reasonable price.

This shop went above and beyond on a Friday night when they were about to close to deliver flowers to a friend and then redeliver when I got the address wrong. So appreciated. Amazing service and flowers. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I visit their store few times per year, every time their flowers are simply beautiful! Today for valentine's day I purchased a dozen of roses for my wife, despite the overwhelming amount of customer the lady was extremely helpful and listened to all my requests. Glad that I could find such a classic yet beautiful composition.

PS: to the client that complained about prices (what a sad story). If you don't think your partner is worth a $100 dollars flowers don't blame the shop for their prices, there are tons of cheaper alternatives.
I want a Mercedes car too however I don't complain at the automotive centre for their unfair prices.
