Not helpful when I returned a pair of slippers/ moccasins, Firstly one slipper had a knot inside the shoe, Greg informed me of the simplicity of rectify this. The returned slippers had not been worn (taken out of the plastic bag though) but of course tried on. The slippers were out of shape, and very wide, and unwearable. This did not seem to worry the owner, who when I offered the shoes to him so he could pass on to someone, he certainly was not interested. I left the
slippers on the outside bus seat for someone to take.

A true, communal brick and mortar experience. First told me to try return the shoes, but when I told him I couldn’t was honest about his expectations of success. Did a brilliant job, going above and beyond the one damaged shoe to put preventative methods on the other. Great price, had a lovely chat with both of them on my return. Can’t advocate enough.

I was very happy with the work done on my shoes. This store is run by an old fashioned, knowledgeable “cobbler”. The new heels on my Aquila dress shoes are great and the insoles (and advice) for my RM Williams have resulted in me being able to wear the boots again without getting plantar fasciitis!

My go to place and where I send anyone who needs shoe repairs. Does a great and honest job!

The shop keeper is super kind and very patient! Bought a little bracelet from there and I absolutely love!

Greg resoled my very fancy western boots and did such a good job. They are better than they were when I bought them new.

My partner and I took a pair of boots each here- I got topys on a new pair of dress boots and he got a pair re-soled. We brought them in on a Saturday afternoon and were told the price ($45 for mine) and asked to return next Saturday. We did, the boots were finished, and they looked beautiful. Will definitely return for my shoe repair needs in the future.

Picked them based on reviews and being open on Saturday, and glad that I did! Turned my 2 pair of shoes around in 2 hours when I mentioned they were my work shoes. Lovely and friendly service, great quality work, fair price. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. If you have formal, day or expensive sneakers this is the place to give them a brand new look and make them look like new again. Very knowledgeable and great work.

I'm so pleased there is a good shoe repair place near me! I'd much rather get my shoes repaired than replace them - and it's more cost-effective. I've had the soles replaced on boots and uggs and they always last longer than the originals! High quality workmanship and excellent service. Definitely recommend.

Great service and high quality of work. I’ve been here at least four times over the years and find their prices reasonable - seems that prices are related to how complex the repair is and how long it takes - makes sense to me!

My granny and I were greeted with a friendly hello and a smile, good old fashioned service! My leather bag was expertly stitched up for me within an hour, which was most appreciated as I was only in Melbourne for the day. Also got some great advice and coloured wax polish to clean up some scratches on my red leather boots. When I move to Melbourne I'll be back with any repairs I need, and highly recommend this business to all.:)

Amazing customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the repair as they decided that the repairs needed specialised service but they were great in talking through my options and providing details for where I was best to go. I will definitely return with other repairs.
