Worst massage I ever had, I have been to this massage shop many times one of my favourite place for massage all other girls are really nice but just now I took massage from new girl called Summer she is not at all the professional therapists and very rude too I asked her to crack my back but she couldn’t able to do and used too much oil and at the end she didn’t cleaned properly, towels are really cold

I came to buy a voucher for my friend birthday and one of the girls said they don’t do gift voucher, but it written on the menu that they do. So, I asked for an hour massage, she said she can do only 15 mins so I give it a try. If it’s good I’d recommend to my friend. Then she asking me for happy ending in order to extend more 15 mins. That’s so ridiculous!

FYI: They’re talking in Thai, and they’ll call you by very rude words in Thai

I have had many Thai massages and these women know what they’re doing. I live locally to the West Melbourne branch (which sadly now appears closed on Sundays?) but I’d head to Kew because they are great.

Probably the WORST massage experience I have ever encountered! Do not go here. I walked out halfway crying and disappointed because THEY kept on leaving my room and changing masseuse thinking I wouldn't notice. I pre-booked for 90 minutes online for a deep tissue massage, got there in time and paid before my massage started. I think I had 3 different people massage me (leaving the room and changing) all not knowing what to do! I got up crying and left close to an hour in because they changed to a 3rd lady who didn't even know what type of massage I was getting!? !? Maybe she thought swirling around oil on my back could pass as a deep tissue massage? !? ! Not sure. Basically, it was the complete opposite of what i wanted to experience. I took time off work and my child to get some r&r and paid $120 for a massage experience I wish I didn't have. They didn't offer me a full refund but refunded me for the remainder 30 mins. Their excuse was that they were over booked and they couldn't book someone for 90mins? !? ! I'm pretty sure I heard half a dozen workers there and possibly only 1 extra client walking in which took my 2nd masseuse away. If they had a problem with their online booking system that resulted in this issue I highly recommend they fix this because they ruined my day and possibly many more client in the future. I went in with low expectations but this was ridiculous!

Very good traditional Thai massage with lovely and experienced Thai staff. We will be back:)

Perfect back and neck massage. The girl knew where to find my knots. Strong girls. Berry polite.

An under average experience, they don’t ask anything about what you want, don’t check the pressure is ok, don’t ask for any feedback during it after. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

We were recommend Bussaba Thai Massage by a Melbourne friend who lives near by. We are on holidays from Adelaide.
One of the best massages I have ever had. I was surprised in a good way by the ninja cat like massage professional who used her body weight in just the right fashion for a deep relaxing massage.
The hot towels are fantastic.
The coconut oil was great for the skin.
The lovely scent of the candles was relaxing too.
Quiet. Comfortable and highly skilled professional massage staff. I can highly recommend.
We had the express $25 deal but will be coming back for an hour one. Maybe even tomorrow!

I was so stressed and needed a good massage. I called few places that day but couldn't booked in my area, and this place charge only $65 in cash and the girl I had massage from was amazingly great skilled and very friendly
