In the middle of a global pandemic, I was privileged to work with John on the design and Josh on the printing of my work wear. I was blown away on the professionalism in regards to communicating size charts, availability and communication of logo sizes to maximise the field size all via email.
My order turned up 2 days earlier than expected and I was very pleased with all products received. I will be using Business Image Group in the future and personally couldn't recommend them high enough.

2 years in a row I have organised cast t-shirts to be designed and produced by the Business Image Group and we will be back again next year. I work at a Secondary School so the process of organising performing arts t-shirts has been made easier with this team. They are quick to respond to emails/ phone calls, very helpful and friendly customer service and the final products (cast t-shirts for multiple school performances) have been outstanding in terms of their presentation (design) and quality (material).

Wide range and great quality workwear. Outstanding customer service and communication by Joshua. The last batch of embroidery and screen print is still in great shape after washing and using it regularly for 2 years. Highly recommended.

The guys had our order sorted with one phone call and 2 emails, colors are spot on and the recommended hoodies are perfect for the cold. Would highly recommend Josh and the team.

Really great to deal with. I'm from the USA and needed 100 shirts made for an event in Melbourne. Josh was incredibly helpful and prompt through the entire process. He returned a quote to me the same day we talked, delivered quality shirts with great embroidery and delivered the whole order a day ahead of schedule. Everything was as promised, with no additional charges or caveats. I'd highly recommend doing business with the Business Image Group.
