18Shoddy service. We have been paying premium prices for a sub-standard service. We have been trying to port our numbers to Telstra and Business ICT have instead disconnected our phones and have refused to release our numbers. It has been 4 weeks and counting. They also refuse to contact Telstra as it goes against their privacy policy
Scott and the team in Bathurst have done a fantastic job upgrading our internet service, especially introducing firewalls and upgraded security. They are fast to respond and provide great service and advice.
Our Business updated to a new phone system. BusinessICT did not advise us they would have to disconnect our lines which they did without warning.
Our business has been without a phone for a week. A couple of the Customer Service Staff have been helpful but the way the change over happened was extremely frustrating. Terrible technical support

Sam Bennet was great to deal with. He was attentive to our needs, assisted from start to finish with setting up our phone and business internet account. He did this all for us remotely and made it a smooth ride without any hiccups.

Disappointed in a service that I had signed up for in March 2019, cancelled in late April 2021 to then get an early cancelation fee as they didn't activate the service till May 2019.yep, 3 weeks and it wouldn't have been an issue. Poor service.
I have just upgraded our mobile and data plans with Optus and I have to say; Lisa Libroaperto completed the deal successfully and nothing was to much trouble. Lisa has been my Optus contact for a number of years and she has always been a contact I can rely on for any issues or advice
Shocking service. Getting outages and it all goes bad no one answers the phone. I strongly do not recommend this company and we are now looking at other companies. For example when the system is down and you lodge a complaint they call back after the problem is fixed to try and fix it. Today out phones have been out all day, customer service was not answering the phones for half they day and there is no action. Once again we do not recommend this company!
Professionalism and honesty are key and I have been dealing with the same person (Nick Andriotis) for such a long time and I have never been let down.
I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Have had nothing but poor to extremely poor service since the system was placed in our business.
Having to pay for a system that was not activated for 3 months after delivery has left a very bad taste in our mouth.
Being promised products and then not receiving bad show.
Having usage problems being told that they will fix it and call us back and never hearing from them again.
We must honour the contract but as soon as it is up we will be changing.
Would not recommend Business ICT to anyone if asked.
