Unfortunately Richard - the client development executive has called our business twice.both times his telephone manner was appalling. He wanted our CEO to call him back yet he was rude to the receptionist, he provided no information on his company and he not only insulted our staff but he insulted our company. Not someone who should be the first point of contact of any business! Needless to say we will not be clients of the Business Benchmark Group nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
