Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with their products & know what different feeds best support your livestock when making inquiries or need assistance!

A regular for our chook food and feed supplies for many years now, staff are a pleasure and prices are good - huge range of everything you will ever needs for pets or livestock and they are local.

Looks like a great store. Didn't get a chance to go inside and look around but there was enough on the outside that peaked my interest. The seedlings looked fabulous

Has the appearance of an old style produce store but with excellent service and a wide range of products. Have always been very helpful in assisting with knowledge and advice on a wide range of needs.

The team are super nice until it comes to returning a faulty product. I purchased a fish pump that kept crashing my tank cycle and wasn’t filtering the water at all.
I was gaslighted and told it’s something that I was doing wrong. The product comes with a 2 year warranty but I was still declined a exchange as the pump could physically turn on, so in their eyes there was nothing they could do… (more like too lazy to contact the company).
I have since purchased a new pump from a different store and my tank has never looked better.
Won’t be returning to this store and will be warning any friends or family of their rude service

I buy my bird seed there and my daughters Guinea pig food good food at unreal value.

Came into bush’s last week for some advice on a particular animal, was served by a young male with red hair and his attitude was absolutely appalling and made me feel unwelcome in the store.

Excellent service from a young man whose name I did not catch. Advice re our new chickens when choosing feed (and we have had chickens before). Has a great sense of humour.thanks.

I went here for straw, yes I did get some, but the staff made it seem like a chore to even serve me. Not a great experience. I am sure it will be better next time.

I have not been there for a few months (since we lost our dog). I found their service good. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Great staff, local business, good prices. Very well versed in all kinds of pets, Simone in particular has answered every question Ive had about every animal Ive asked about.

What a great shop. A piece of Bendigo history. Hay and grainstock available. Smaller portions available if you need less. A large range of dog and cat foods and treatments. Collars leashes and brushes etc. Everything you should need in a convienient location. Friendly down to earth staff that show you what customer service used to be.

This is really the only place I'll go to get my animal's and supplies. The team here are very friendly and well versed in their animal expertise and advice. There's a huge range of feeds and products for all types of hairy creatures and you get to interact with the animals kept in store which is my favorite part.

Everything for your fur babies and feathered friends not forgetting reptiles. Great service with knowledgeable staff.
