Burwood Highway Mowers

Terrible service, sold me a battery that didn’t work and refused to acknowledge the situation.

Serviced and cleaned my old lawn mower so well that I didn't initially recognise it as mine. And having used it today, had it cut the grass very well.
Will go back there again when the mowers ready for its next service.

32 year old mower is now going like brand new! Their TLC will see it outlast me. Repaired a week earlier than expected. Thanks guys.

Really bad experince.
I send mower on 2 weeks ago. They promise will repair it in 2 weeks and give me a receipt which written due date is Oct 8.
When I back to store on Oct 6th, they even did not have a look with my mower.
Then they promise they will have a look before due date. I go to this store on Oct 8 at due date, they still did not have a look and directly return my mower to me without any apologize.it's awful experience, waste me 2 weeks.
Not recommend this store at all!

Really bad exprience.went for drop equipment which is under warranty and it has been approval by main company, As a aurthorise repairer he has to check tools but he said cant repair under warranty you have to buy new one and i give you 10% discount.just upselling.i said its ohk i will talk with company then he said you just waste my time.not reccomand at all.

The owner knows his business and his products. In my case, chainsaws. I have a saw notorious for its chain adjustment. The owner showed me how I could work around the problem and I now longer have to adjust the chain tension every couple of minutes.

Be careful, I bought a part for almost $30 for a bit of plastic, had to pay for it before he would order (which I can understand) I didn't haggle on price but asked Brendan if I buy this part could he spend a couple of minutes to explain how to use this part to start the mower, he agreed to this so I purchased the part. The mower was purchased at auction so I was not sure if it would start, it started started straight away, sounded great, he then did all this stuff to the mower, (none of which I had asked him to do) I thought wow he is very particular, he is really going to a lot of bother for me, I could get my lawn mower serviced here. On leaving he went to the cash register, I told him I had already paid for the part, he then explained that I owed him $25 for the service. I now won't be coming back.
