Terrible customer service, booked a steam clean and when they didn’t turn up, contact them and was told unless the name of the person the steam clean was booked with there was no proof of booking and wouldn’t be coming. Was called a liar and no assistance was offered, despite call records showing proof of speaking with the company and having written the appointment down. Shocking and a waste of time.
