Dr. Nawaf Al-Oayadi was incredibly thorough and attentive, I left with all questions answered and concerns covered.

Since making this review the practice manager arranged a follow up app.for my child with a different doctor. This doctor was great & my faith in the practice restored. The practice manager was very good at handling this & I have 100% trust back in this centre.

Disappointing service. My 5 year old child presented with seasonal asthma and difficulty breathing. The doctor gave us 3 mins of his time & very quickly ushered us out of the room. I got better service from the local chemist.

Dr Nawaf Al-Obaydi is lovely, knowledgeable and always runs well for time (which doesn't happy very often in medical settings!)

Can sometimes be tricky to get an appointment but it's a great little centre.

So lucky to have such a good service while stuck at home with Covid. Could not have wanted for better

Had standard appt with Dr Nawaz who was professional, efficient n respectful. The centre is quiet clean n friendly, highly recommended

After our regular GP, Dr Peranevi Thayaparan left we have struggled finding someone as good. There are now large waits of up to thirty minutes when seeing other GPs here. I often have to schedule the large wait into my day accordingly. I find it incredibly unprofessional to have booked for 3: 30pm and finally be seen at 4: 15pm or later.
Other GPs here do not bother to get to know you or understand your circumstances, they try to push you through a quick as possible. Very impersonal and disappointing. Especially when I have waited and paid accordingly.

Dr nawaf al-obaydi helped me with very detailed health care plan. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The environment of the clinic is very clean and all the staff are very professional. Strongly recommend

Dr Thayaparan is very knowledgeable, respectful, considerate and a compassionate doctor. She has lots of empathy towards patients which suffer from mental health. I am so thankful and appreciative for all of her support and help towards me. She always makes sure you left knowing your concerns have been addressed. Thank you so much!

Burwood Brickworks is a fantastic GP clinic. I have been coming here since April 2021 and the kindness of the staff is what makes this practice so great.

Emma who works at the front desk is always so lovely when you come onsite for an appointment. Each time I am sent correspondence from one of the doctors, Emma promptly sends me the documentation and answers any admin queries I have.

All the doctors are good and previously I would see the first available doctor. However, I had an appointment with Dr Peranevi earlier this year and now I request to see her every time. She is knowledgeable, patient and thorough in her assessments, and is a true advocate for her patients.
