Russ went above & beyond giving my investment property a makeover for auction. Since i'm interstate, he did the entire project management. We received so many compliments from the real estate & buyers for the quality of workmanship. Russ and his wife were great. The work we needed done was the unpacking and construction of an outdoor sauna that was scheduled to be delivered on one date, but arrived 2 days later.
Russ was great at keeping in phone contact and even rearranged his availability to do the job after the sauna arrived late, as we had nowhere to store the goods and are aged and therefore unable to transfer the goods from the delivery point to the rear garden.
Russ and his wife undertook the entire job. They unpacked the sauna, constructed and tested it, and then disposed of the pallet and packaging materials.
Courteous, competent, and obliging we have no hesitation in recommending Russ and we were delighted with the entire service and work of Burston Handyman Services.
