After hiring a cheap conveyancer for the sale of our parents home, who were suffering from ill health and had given my sister and I power of attorney over their affairs, we discovered that, 2 weeks out from a very complicated settlement, there was almost nothing in place and no chance of settling on the required date. After calling a few conveyancers, we quickly discovered that no one was willing to takeover and fix another conveyancers work. That's when we asked Burns and Tinney.
