My partner had my engagement ring made by Burlington Antiques and I loved their craftsmanship and attention to detail so I contacted Georgia to create a wedding band just as beautiful. She was so helpful and the jewellers created CAD drawings to bring my ideas to life and help me make decisions. My wedding band and engagement rings are so stunning and complimentary. I can't wait until I'm married next Feb to wear them together all the time! Thankyou again to Georgia and the team ️

Came in today and asked if i can sell a diamond, the guy told me i have to leave it and get it assessed. Naturally i asked, can i schedule an appointment as i am not comfortable leaving an expensive diamond behind. Apparently the idea of asking the question really offended the gentleman there and he started giong on about its not expensive to them and they deal with really expensive stuff. I apologised and i said its not expensive to you but it is to me and i was just asking a question.he gave a really dirty look and said whatever. I dont think i did anything wrong by asking that question.i am sure they are trustworthy and all.but i was leaving a diamond thats 20K +. Could not be expensive to them but it is to me. Anyway, left feeling belittled even after i said "i apologise if i offended you" (which i didnt need to) and the response was whatever. I dont want to read to much in to it but as soon as i walked in and i could tell the guy there did not want me inside the store!

I recently purchased a ring online and when my daughter collected it for me, I was very unhappy with how the ring looked on my finger - even though the ring was stunning, I felt it didn't suit me. I contacted Georgia Lockwood, and she immediately swung into action - arranging a credit note and sending me a photo of a ring that better suited me. She ordered the ring, and was able to get it to me before Christmas, even though she had warned me it may only be available at around mid-January. I am absolutely thrilled with my new ring, and want to thank the team at Burlington Antiques, especially Georgia, for an outstanding level of service. I would definitely recommend Burlington and the team if you are ever in the market for a beautiful item of jewellery you can treasure for ever.

A zero star rating awarded for truly hideous customer service.
I have bought a number of pieces of jewellery from here and I always wonder how they’re still in business especially as increasingly, customer service plays a key role in business success. More often than not and on almost every occasion, the staff, not all but certainly many of them, seem so disinterested in their customer and come across as disdainful and hostile in general. Surprising, given that businesses rely on those very same customers to pay their wages.
There’s a recurring theme in this review thread about hostile & condescending staff!
Served by a contemptible female member of staff who begrudgingly pried herself from her corner seat to “serve” us today, dour expression intact. She asked me to put a mask on, I was wearing one for the record but had a sip of my drink so pulled it down fleetingly. I obliged, without question. She then asked me to pull the mask up higher despite it covering my nose as it always does. There are exemptions in place if consuming food or drink at any rate. We are fully vaccinated for the record and I don’t have an issue with people being extremely cautious about contact etc. It was just her general demeanour. She was rude and clearly put out at having to serve us. Generally disinterested in recommending jewellery, disengaged & indignant. She also stated that she would not be putting the rings on my finger, no objections at all but again just the tone of voice and facial expressions. Just a cringeworthy & absurd experience, I’ll be following up on this one personally.

Bought a very expensive ring 2 years ago, after 6 months a diamond fell out they charged me $80 to fix it, fine, 12 months later it happened again tried to tell me because of COVID prices have gone up and it will be $360 to fix it. NO THANK YOU I will never buy from here again, they do nothing to help they just want more and more money

First time ever going into this jewellers and I asked a simple question and I was met with such hostility by the female staff member that will never go into this store again or get my jewellery created by them. I could not believe how rude they were towards me.

I live interstate so enquired online about several pieces. Georgia got back to me quickly and was very helpful and went beyond and took photos for me as well. Over the course of a month, she helped me narrow my choice and also organised some changes with a jeweller. The item was gorgeous with her advice and arrived well before Christmas. Thank you for your time and help Georgia!

Had an amazing experience dealing with Georgia getting an engagement ring made. Her responsiveness and attention to detail was amazing. Even when things didn't go to plan (due to external factors) Georgia was incredibly attentive and delivered as promised. Thanks for a great experience and a beautiful ring!

So lovely to have genuine customer service! Plus beautiful pieces of jewellery (some way out of my price limit but a girl can dream). Found a pair a earrings that we could afford and have had many comments already. All my rings and earrings were cleaned so I was positively sparkling leaving the store! Beautiful experience in the pre-Christmas rush. If you are looking for something different/special I definitely recommend them.

I bought my fiancés ring from Burlingtons, I didn't know much about jewellery before I started the ring hunt but they were so helpful and patient with me and I didn't feel pressured at all. Great service thank you.

Poor service, rude female staff members and extremely poor jeweller. It took them three seperate attempts to correctly resize my ring which I purchased at this jewellers. Twice the stone was not set correctly and after the third attempt I thought it was fixed, but a few weeks later the stone came loose. I will never use this jewellers again and I will take my ring elsewhere to be fixed.
