Great customer service. I worked with Georgia at the Chadstone store and had a family gemstone ring remodelled into something more contemporary. 95% of correspondence was done over email making the experience seamless and easy. Prices were competitive and turnaround time was quick. They also managed to make a plain band with the leftover gold. I would highly recommend them and will happily go there again.

I was supervising a school trip to Melbourne and stumbled upon the Xanadu that is your store while exploring with the students. It was truly, a magical place! Exquisite jewellery and exceptional staff who made my complicated purchase so easy! You helped me purchase a gorgeous vesta box with an amazing chain and offered to accept a deposit, wait for balance of payment (our group was heading to Tassie the next morning) and finally ship my little beauty up to Queensland! My visit to your store was, without doubt, the highlight of my trip! Am heading back to Melbourne in July and simply cannot wait to visit you again! You rock!

Lovely patient staff & both new & antique products with most items refreshingly different to main stream jewellery rubbish) I was shopping with my mother for my 50th birthday gift & found exactly what I wanted at Chadstone

We got a beautiful ring from this store that was nearly ten sizes too big. By resizing the ring we risked the chance of damaging the shank so Kay organised for the ring to be remade in my size. I was nervous because I loved the original ring as it was but their jeweller recreated it beautifully with high quality diamonds. After wearing it for a week I realised the stone had been set a little higher than I would like. I took it back to the store and Kay was understanding and offered to have the stone lowered at no extra cost. It was done in under a week and back on my finger. Amazing service and beautiful pieces. I have recommended Burlington Antiques to all my friends and will definitely be back!

Beautiful collection of old jewellery. Always love looking at there pieces and wish I had the money for more of their stuff. They were happy to help me with items at my price point and wrapped up my item. Definitely worth a look if you are looking for something different from the rest with a more classic feel.

I recently bought my engagement ring from Burlington Antiques.
