BURGZ.

Very tasty burger! Despite reading some reviews that said it was a beef Pattie, it is actually mince that has been prepared properly. So hence the reason why I give 5 stars for service because good food takes a little while to prepare and bring out. If u want quick food, go to a junk food chain shop. Chips were pretty good and staff really nice. My only criticism is the tomato sauce is 2 bucks for a small bowl, I reckon that should be complementary. I recommend eating here.cheers guys and gals!

Worst meal ever had. All fried food so overcooked with tough outer coating. Mostly left the coating and ate the filling. Not one tasty dish amongst my order. Suggest using light soy sauce so it doesn't sting your throat. The older man at counter answered "No" when I asked if they had any hot food left. Most unkempt and unfriendly. He needs to disappear from shop as his presentation doesn't fit requirements of hospitality. I gathered from the chatter between the staff that it was a family run business. None obviously had hospitality training. And their personal presentation was the worst representation of a fast food business.
A "restaurant" it isn't. The people and the eating place they run is a terrible representation of what Maryborough can offer. If I could vote "0" I would have.

I heard so many good reviews of this place, but sadly I can't give a good review from my experience. I ate in and liked the games on the tables. We ordered sides and mains up at the registers. The mains came where the burger patties were still raw, grisly and chunks of fat, very unappetising. The hand cut chips were beautiful and would return just for them. As for the sides they were okay. The sauces were nice. I found the wings tasted very strongly of Vinegar, the onion rings were very crunchy but tasteless, Jalapeno bites were not very spicy, Sweet potato fries were fine. We had ordered and paid for a ham and cheese toastie that wasn't delivered until we requested where it was. It was then finally delivered once we had all finished our meals minus the ham on the toastie.

The lighting was amazingly good the vibe I got was pretty sick I’ll definitely keep this as my favourite place in town

Apparently chips and are potatoes cut as wedges, overly oily and peppery

Worst experience we have had here

The burger was a step up from a fish and chip shop, although the meat patty was dry and uninspiring. Wedges were great - very chunky and super fluffy inside.

Good atmosphere inside and a burger eating challenge which is free for those that're extra hungry and can eat fast.

The best place to eat around! Never a bad time when I come here, so unique and so delicious:)

So delicious.decided last minute and was a great decision. Friendly staff, delicious food great tunes. Thanks Courtney for such a friendly welcome. Definitely be back again.

Really good burgers, very fresh and tasty. Great service by the young staff and the prices are incredibly reasonable.

Food and staff were wonderful. They went out of there way with bonbons etc.for a Christmas feel. Great place to meet with friends.

The burgers were great really enjoyed them but the staff were quite young and passively rude this had been my sister's first trip out in several months as personal issues left her withdrawn and suffering extreme anxiety so finally a couple of friends were finally able to convince her to go out and it was going great untill these people kept staring at her and making rude comment about leaving because they wanted to go home. Excuse me if ur sign says ur open to a certain time then that's when ur open till not a time that U chose earlier and prob still paid the whole time these youths behaviour is unnaceptable and could put anybodys progress back that suffers with any mental illness. Meals were great but staff need to be more educated and considerate towards others.

So I've eaten here a few times and found the food lovely. The last time I went however, despite the lovely food I feel the need to leave a negative review.

My friend and I were having a nice time but as we have only been there two or three times we didn't know what time they closed. We were shocked when the staff started acting quite rude to us. It started by them constantly coming over and asking if we were finished, we just figured they were wanting to clean our table so thought nothing of it. After that though we were surprised when the music was shut off and we were met with loud voices from out the back. They were shouting stuff like

"Oh I can't WAIT to close in five minutes. "

"Oh. How long have you been working today? I'm exhausted, I can't wait until we are able to close the doors soon. "

We even heard a few staff members swearing.

Now, I work in customer service, I understand the frustration when you're trying to close and I would've had no issue if someone had made the effort to inform us that they were trying to close. NOT ONCE did anybody attempt to tell us this. Instead the staff chose to act immature. My friend has anxiety with busy, crowded places and now she is anxious about going out again. Because of this, we will not he in a hurry to go back here or recommend others to this place.

The Burgers were quite good but waited 40 minutes after being told it would be 15 mins. Served with a smile and a curt comment.

We always haveto stop for a coffee when we are near burgz they have the best coffee in town

My USA Burger was delicious and the Buffalo Wings were perfect. I think the food is outstanding quality. Some might find it a bit pricey for Maryborough but the quality stands up to it. It takes a bit long to get orders. Also, I was there in the evening and the loud carry-on by the teenage staff in the kitchen was annoying. My visits there during the day have been good served by a courteous and friendly staff.
