Burgur Croydon

Had the best burgers! But all of a sudden they are just never open no clue why I’ve driven past numerous times hoping they are open but always closed but they continue to open up other stores

Beware what you order! My daughter had a anaphylactic reaction to their cheeseburger. Apparently the sauce contains cashews. Very dangerous for people who could die from eating their burger! Plus no response at all from complaints to the company. Disgraceful people, you could actually kill someone with your negligence.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS. Travelled out of our way to come here, drive around for 15 minutes only to see it’s closed. Update your hours and add a phone number.

I had a horrible experience.
I went in on opening day and was very excited to try it out, i picked it up chicken southern burger and the chips, but the chips were ok.seemed abit overcooked but i couldn’t complain. I then drove home which was about a 5 minute drive and i had a bite and the chicken burger i had ordered was rock cold, the bacon was over cooked to the point i couldn’t break it off with my teeth, the onion rings were cold.i was assuming it was going to be good as it was opening day so i didn’t think twice of opening the burger and checking before i drove off.
Disappointed to say the least.

Beautiful store, excellent food but staff service not good.we were served in the afternoon by a guy who looked very shabby and wasn't wearing gloves or hair covering. I was expecting better standards from BURGUR.even my tomato ketchup on table felt a little off. BURGUR you need to pick up your game as your food is really very good and not expensive at all compared to others

The first time I rolled in I was a bit disappointed that I caught a staff member sleeping in one of the Booths. Mind you it did seem pretty quiet for a while, so I’ve come back to see if Burgur Croydon can improve my rating.

Today I decided to Dine-In, feels better with other customers having a bite to eat. I chose with the Southern Stacks Burgur and boy was it a really juicy and just all round burger to eat. The chips i was really suprised it, super crunchy but still providing that soft inside.

Really glad I came back today and didn’t jump the gun on my first review. Very affordable for such quality food. Definitely a massive tick in my books. Keen to come back soon!

Love the food. However, the past two times we have tried to order from here there as been issues. Firstly, you had fun out of buns however your online ordering system had already processed the order. The refund took 3 days to process (aware that isn’t your fault, it’s on the banks) except if you’re unable to make burgers, then your online system should allow the order to be processed. Secondly, your store was closed even though your opening hours say that it should be open. Not good enough.

Burgers were delisicious and juicy. The Victorian Burger was a lityle hefty and requires two hands to hold it together while eating. Be careful, otherwise the filling will end up on the plate or, worse, the floor.it was an excellent burger. The cheesenurger was ordered with a couple of extras and also great. The chips/fries had excellent texture. We also ordeted a banana milkshake, which was good (could be better). Price point for some elements we felt were too high for tge quality E.g. The size of the small fries we considered to be too high especially when compared to the quality and serving size of the many other high quality burger places in the area. We also felt the banana milkshake price was a little too high for the ok quality. Another downside was the website automatically storing all my details without allowing me to opt out. I don't want my details to be stored; I am happy to enter the details each time. Further, when ordering burgers online, it sughests invlysions and exclusions. Some of the exclusions don't appear on the ingredients list for the burgers in the first place - this was really confusing. What does each burger actually contain? We couldn't tell; the exclusions implied elements to the burger that the ongredients list didnt state. We felt the price of some inclusions were a fraction high. Overall, quality excellent, some confusion over burger contents, some prices felt a little high. We were happy with the first time experience but will weigh everything up with the other great burger places (of similar or better quality with similar or better prices) in the area that we want to support.

Ordered the Caesar chicken sandwich and cheeseburger combo and both were great. Will definitely be back.

Burger patties were flavourless and chips came out cold. Waste of money.go next door to the diner instead. ️

Terrible, Friday night at 7pm and have no buns? Got to be kidding me! A true chef/cook will realize that Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest! Buns last more than one night if stored properly. Not even an offer for a replacement or voucher.

First time trying the new burger joint in our suburb. Was not disappointed. The 3 of us tried all different burgers: mum, dad and 10 year old. We were all rapt; full of flavour, juicy Patties, fresh soft brioche buns. And the chip seasoning was delicious. Even the portion size of small chips was generous. Glad to have such a great option close to home.

UPDATE: FOUR DAYS AND NO CONTACT. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? YOU OWE ME MONEY FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

First time trying Burgur. Burgers were great (really great) but I didn't receive our drinks in our packaged up order. As I had a hungry family to feed, I wasn't going to come back to the store, but I did try calling their advertised phone number (disconnected) and advertised email address (no response even 24 hours later). Really disappointing. I've paid for items I didn't receive and they owe me compensation.

Chicken burger 2 out of 10.
I would go somewhere else. The chicken tasted very average.

Hamburger 7 out of 10.
Pretty good.

Thick shake 0 out of 10.
Gross. Couldn't even finish it. What a waste of money.

Service.
Very slow an unorganised.
The first night my partner and I ate there, we waited 35-40 minutes before I asked about our order, only to find out they had lost it. No one apologized to me then. When it did come 20 minutes we were still not even given a sorry for the wait.

Ordered two milkshakes on their own. Almost a 20 minute wait for them while one employee just made packets of sauces.

I understand it's new so I can cut them some slack. But overall they need A LOT of work to become a good place to eat. And really need an experienced manager to teach them how to actually run a shop.

The food was phenomenal, the best burgers we've had in the area. The staff were lovely too - overall a fantastic experience.

Young lady at the register seemed a little out of her depth and a lot of staff behind the counter but not doing a lot. Empty ketchup bottles on tables and maybe would suggest that any staff standing around either ask people waiting in line if they are waiting for online orders or call out. Chips were good although cold by the time I got them and burgers were over cooked. Will be back to try again.

Tasty, fresh, juicy burgers and the best ever loaded fries. Mango Thickshake is another reason for a repeat and threepeat visit. Can honestly say that this is going to be the soon to be favourite burger joint close to home.
Pricing was very reasonable almost cheap for the size of the serves and quality.

Unfortunately after patiently waiting 30 mins for our food we asked if it was ready, all staff seemed really confused. It seemed our order was misplaced, which can happen though there were no apologies or anything as we then waited an extra 15 mins for our food.
We were the only ones there for a while, and all 6 staff didn't seem to notice we had no food Customer service needs improvement.

The food was good, no faults there. The beef burger was better than the chicken so I'd recommend that and the chips were nice and crunchy.
