My burger was still raw inside so a bit disappointing for such an expensive meal. Very slow and not sure about food hygiene? The frozen chip tub just sitting on the counter next to the till. Even the kids gave it a thumbs down

Overpriced and lack luster food. Burger is overly greasy. Chips are very crunchy but gravy is cold and bacon not even crispy.

Surprisingly delightful burger joint with good quality ingredients. Burger patties seem juicy because of the beef, but also somewhat dense and overmixed. Overall still a solid burger with good sauces and fillings.solid fries. Onion ring was oversalted. Busy ambiance but attentive staff. Decent range of can/bottle beer.

Slowest ever shop in my life. Even snails are faster than that. Only prioritise customers more than delivery drivers.

Always delicious burgers but the chips are spectacular! The right amount of crunchy and salty (and I love them with parmesan too!).

My friends and I often visit the place and order via Uber. Their beer battered fries are the best fries in Melbourne for me and their burgers are always so juicy and cooked perfectly.

Looking at the reviews and the burgers, I needed to give this place a try.
Went in around 4: 45pm on Saturday and was only two other customers. Brilliant! A quiet meal ahead!

I ordered the full monty which is their monty burger (2x beef patties) plus battered fries and a drink for $20.

Approx 10 minutes wait and the order arrived, I couldn't wait to dig in!
First bite was very nice, with a nice combination of thr two beef patties, bacon and mixture of the cheese and special sauce amalgamating together, it was excellent.

Then, it happened. The bread started to rip apart, and I found myself and the bread drenched with a bit too much of the special sauce. Also where the bread was breaking apart, it was another two bites until it completely fell apart on me and I was literally picking up the pieces.

This gave me an opportunity to try the beef patties and their own. The quality of the beef was very good, but it just was not cooked correctly. It tasted bland and the texture was a slightly rubbery. Just a little too long on the grill I guess.

With that bread it gave an impression of a Fish and Chip shop burger.

The chips? Excellent. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and a hearty serve provided.

It was a very filling meal, and for $20, I believe it was worth the money, but the overall quality of the burger itself was lacking.

Saying this though, I will be back to give Burger Burger another chance.

The burger itself i give a 3 out of 5. The Chips I give a 5 out of 5. Service and ease of access (parked at Surrey hills station and was a 15 second walk to the shop) 5 out of 5.

Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 from me.

Oh, I was in Burger heaven. Delicious, fresh and juicy. From the bun to the burger, salads and chips, everything was so yum. Definitely will go back for lunches for motor mechanics.

I frequently get an Uber Eats order from this restaurant and it is splendid! I decided tonight that I would visit Burger Burger in person and was welcomed by the staff immediately.
Service was wonderful and the meal (United Union with 2 sides of onion rings) were delicious and fresh. To my surprise they added two chicken wings on the house into my meal, which was a lovely gesture.

I highly recommend Burger Burger for all ages.

Food was really good especially the bacon and chicken! I would give it a 5 star but my only problem was the beef was slightly too cooked! If not yum!

Burger burger is the best best. Full of flavour, fresh ingredients and every bite so packed full of amazing it'll have you forgetting about the summer body and thinking of the now. Think of burger burger an exercise of meditation, good for the soul, good for happiness, terrible for summer selfies. But who cares about that Go on mate, treat yourself.

They can be busy with Uber orders and phone orders, so make your order though the phone beforehand could be handy.
