Ordered through uber eats, I didn't get my aoli sauce. Really annoying paying for something then not receiving it.

Only found this place recently, have been here twice now, the burgers are great tasting and healthy and the chips very tasty.

When did this place switch its patties? I remember them being thick, juicy and a really nice texture and flavour. Today's was like the very cheap, 5mm frozen supermarket type.
How dare you! I know times are tough and overheads are higher than ever, but your price has actually increased since my last order. Charging more for a completely different, utterly substandard product. That is an absolute swindle. Good luck paying Newtown rent with no customers coming in or ordering. Goodbye and good riddance.

Excellent fried chicken burger, very nice, well worth the bit of extra coin over fast food. Something delectable about the fried chicken. Service fairly fast. Only gripe is the price you pay isnt the same as the menu, seems they charge what they like. Could at least put up a temporary whiteboard. Otherwise a great meal.

Burgers where nice, store was well furnished with a nice urban feel. The point I would like to highlight is the customer service was probably the best I've seen in a long time.

There was only 2 working in the shop, it was mid week and the young lady their knew every person's name that came into the store ask how their family was, her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers was on another level! It might not seem like much but that can make some people's day just thought I'd share that. I'll definitely be coming back here and I live out of town!

Has the best original chicken fillet pieces I have ever had. The service is also wonderful and the prices are very good too. The sweet potato chips are also delicious.

Wow, why do I use fast food joints, Burgers Inc make the best burgers and onion rings, chips. Just so fresh hand made. And when I ordered through menu log it only took 30 mins, other burger joints take up to 1 and a half hours to get to my door. And it's the healthier version of them. YUMMY.

We've been chasing refunds for orders we didn't receive for over two weeks. 3 phones calls and an email to a full mail box later and still no refund.

Among the best burger joints in Geelong. Moreish meat for fellow cavemen and generous bowls of chips. Do hope they expand outdoors to take advantage of this great weather.

Can't rate this place higher.doing a KETO diet and it's really hard to get places to do a KETO friendly order. Put my order through deliveroo with a little note just asking for no bun and was really happy to see when my order arrived they actually did a full lettuce wrap burger for me. Rang back just to say thanks and spoke to the manager who was so nice! Burger Legends!

Great people work there and the burgers are always spot on. Going down the burger list still haven't had a bad burger yet. Don't think I will either.

Great burgers and chips. Excellent service. We ordered through Deliveroo, there was a missing burger so I called them and they had fixed the mistake within 15 mins. Really great service:)

If you’re craving a burger, take note: Burger Inc’s Number One Cheeseburger is the best burger I’ve had in years. My husband enjoyed his onion rings too. We’re looking forward to trying other burgers on the menu.

Chips hardly cooked and hardly any salt. Burger buns were stale tasting and burgers were very bland. Not worth the money even on a cheap Tuesday.

Burgers are always incredible. Just wish they did better milkshakes.
Edit: They have upped their milkshake game. Fully recommend everything burger inc offers.
