Absolutely love burger haven! The staff is so incredibly kind, the best atmosphere and such a comfortable place to eat. The food is incredible! Burger Have has become the new regular and always will be.

Ate at here and when eating my burger I found a long black hair in my burger. Staff were not wearing hairnets. They replaced my burger but refused a refund of my meal

A bit on the expensive side. The burgers are not good. The competition in the area absolutely destroys this place when it comes to taste.

Has to be the worst food I've had there, service was okay, but the chips were dipped into the oil and pulled out right away! The bread was stale, and I didn't get my beef bacon added even tho I was charged.

Threw it all in the bin and went up the road to Burger Road, much better burgers. Don't think I'll be going back to give it another chance.

Great food and good customer service. I really enjoyed the chicken ribs, It is a must try if you are planning to order from there.

If you are looking for burgers, I would suggest you go here over your other fast food restaurants. At least the burgers are great here and the chips are crispy. They are cooked well and couldn't fault them. They are simply burgers that taste like burgers.

Awesome burgers has a homemade quality to them but also a dining experince.

This is my go to place for cheesy chilli fries. If you want loaded fries and/or cheesy fries, this is the place to go to, for sure. Their wrap was really good too. I have not tried their burgers yet but judging by the quality of their food, I don't think I will be disappointed.

More bun than filling and a bit lacklustre on flavour. 300 degree burger had no more heat than a Zinger even though it has chilli in it. Starter burger was plain and needs more flavour in the patty. Honestly for the price just go to maccas or HJ's or spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

Best burgers in Craigieburn! They always get my order right and are always really quick. The burgers and the milkshakes are both great!

Placed an order for staff lunch today with these guys. Catered to all our requests and were punctual (which is so important as my staff have scheduled breaks!)

False advertisement on the burgers, really let down especially on how thin they are. Orea milkshake tasted like toothpase and their chilli cheese fries were awful

Waste of money, you can taste how the chicken ribs are boiled not grilled enough (still raw), burger is full of sauce you can’t taste the meat, never again

Best Burger Joint I have been too! If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. I went on my birthday and the staff were really nice and the food was sensational, you get what you paid for and will definitely 100% be coming back thank you so much and happy new year ️

Burgers are tasteless, buns not fresh at all and on top too pricey, I would encourage the owner to train the staff in customer service skills as that is highly important in a business to be successful. I was quite disappointed.

Ordered halloumi burger was too delicious. Couldn’t resist myself to leave a review.
