We had an amazing experience recently at Burberry Melbourne airport store. A female sales associate's professionalism and knowledge of luxury items. So far the best customer service we have received at luxury retail stores.

Just left the Burberry store in the Melbourne airport this morning. If I can rate ZERO, that would be my rating! Incredibly rude and arrogant the female sales associate there. Felt very unwelcome and an Asian salesperson didn't want to approach me to serve even It wasn’t a busy time. Been to some luxury stores in Melbourne, no one is as bad as this one.
