We recently visited Northland store and received excellent service by Himali. She is very professional and polite. She explained cover in detail. She is very friendly and approchable. We will definately go again in store to visit and get service from Himali.

I wish i could reward BUPA and it's contact centre with 0 Star rating. You guys need to train your staff on how to act as a professional and on people management & customer handling skills.
I visited Northland office at around 4PM today and was with Ahmad (If I am not wrong) and he was really kind at handling the issue but somehow another fellow jumped in to the conversation without excusing into the matter. BUPA needs to emphasise on trainging their satff on basics to start with. He further added that the customer care executives over the phone (call centre) have no idea and had no idea about BUPA's rules and policies.
Hang on.is it for real!

Really bad with the experience of customer service there. I found the staffs are less knowledgeable with using their system. Feels like talking to sales person who only wants to sell more policies. Been there like 4 times to fix waiting period carry over from one policy to new policy. Still it hasn't been fixed. I found a bit knowledgeable customer service at different bupa location. But everytime I visit northland Bupa, I am into lots of stress with incorrect information I get from the staffs there.

Have consulted with Amanda here, must say I had the best customer service from her, she is friendly and approachable and is doing a wonderful job

Very bad customer service.staff member at Northland shopping centre i forget his name was too rude and not very helpful.
