Today I went to Bupa for an optical bupa place and found that their trainee was most helpful showing me how to find a place on my phone which was a bit hard to run and the trainee was most helpful with trying to get the optical bupa in wantirna for me.
He was also kind patient and polite towards me, Sorry to say that I cannot remember his name. Otherwise I would have mentioned his name to you. Thanks again for your help bupa.

I did not have to wait. I was taken into a private room where I was linked to a Bupa representative in Melbourne - a lady - who was very personable friendly and able to provide me with the insurance cover information I needed for my knee replacement.

Your health insurance plans are Very Expensive. I am with HCF and they are much much cheaper and cover is better too.

She’s very patient to know about my initial enquiry and well informed, across all of my info and took the matter as it is her own and then gave me the best solution. Consistently impressed.

Especially Bethany as there's a language barrier when it comes to assisting my parents, but Bethany is always there to help our family pick the right plans. The atmosphere of the shop is clean, and tidy and all the staff are very friendly and take their time with the customers. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Elizabeth for her wonderful support. Elizabeth goes abowve and beyond. It is so good to be able to go in to see her as she has such a wealth of knowledge about the health insurance that is provided and always has the clients interest at heart. Very lazy staff, when I went in 3 staff were free with no one even bother calling us up to serve.
