I went there last Saturday to cancel my membership. The staff was kind and helpful. He assisted me to get the refund as well. The process was very quick.

Had a great experience at Bupa today all thanks to Susana Li. She was friendly, informative, and resolved all my concerns. Unlike a previous online rep who ignored me post-sale, Susana went the extra mile to help. I truly appreciate Susana’s exemplary customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance at Bupa. Her approach rekindled my faith in Bupa’s customer care. Worst insurance company and the most untrained staffed at Chadstone, I felt I got scammed by them,

I went to the store to join and thinking doing with a person at store is the best way and here I am after 12 months realising I haven’t been giving what I asked for, there is no supervisor to speak to just because they never talk to client, can’t make a complaint because that girl is no longer working for the company and also they are not helping or fixing the problem done by them.

Deplorable customer service. Yesterday we went there to claim a hospital bill. The customer service representative is very hesitant to make our claim. Her name is Katherine, I guess. She kept telling us that policies work different, and after we filled the claim form, she asked, “do you think it’s worth it? ”. We were speechless for a moment. She wasted our time for nothing. And then, we went to Bupa Glen Wavery with the claim form. We explained everything, and they checked our form. They were very friendly and helpful. We finished everything within 15 minutes.

I’ve been at this branch twice as the phone customer service were not able to help me with my queries regarding item numbers for a procedure I needed. On two separate occasions, I’ve had Susannah and Anika help me and they have been excellent. Friendly and obviously knew their stuff. Ask for them!

Kathy was really helpful in guiding me to the right policy for my family and it was a great experience overall in terms of signing up with Bupa even though I used to be a Bupa member.

I had to visit this office three months back for a refund. The representatives had no idea about visa legislations and how health insurance works. They had to continously consult their manager who had no idea and gave poor advice. A simple proccess ended being a headache that lasted three months. I would strongly advice to get the staff trained on Visa legislation. To be precise someone who sells health insure should know what a bridging visa is and how its works.

All Health insurances, general insurances in the market are similar, these are much competition in price and customer service. Anika from Chadstone Bupa is a great customer service representative, i have been Medibank, ahm, hbf to get insurance quotes, but Anika from Chadstone Bupa is the best! She is not only nice and friendly, but also explained all insurance policy details patiently. Even Bupa’s price is higher than others, just because of lovely Anika I purchased a Hospital Cover on the spot, and after I joined Bupa, Anika also mentioned the Bupa member’s discount so I transferred my pet and car insurance to Bupa as well. I run a small business with 10 employees, from HR and business owner point of view, I would more than happy to hire a staff like Anika. Thumbs up to Anika!

I visited the store immediately since the store re-open after COVID in NOV. The young lady Vivien came to welcome me so friendly, even I can't see her whole face covered by the mask, but I can see her smiling eyes and greeted me with warm tone, and asked me the COVID safety questions which again reassure the safety of everyone - I really liked it.
I can see there was only few staff working, but she asked me whether I was in hurry and what are my enquires, because I have to lots of claims and also want to make change of my policy, I have to wait to be served - so she always kept me informed with the waiting time while she was still guiding more customers coming to the door.
You have got the right people who cares the customers.
