The service is terrible. We want to cancel our policy but can't get Bupa to answer their phone

Just had a cover issue to sort out with BUPA. The two gentlemen in this office Arvi (?) and Brendan went out of their way to get it all sorted and did.

Perhaps this survey should be more about my experience. I have always found Bendigo Market Place BUPA staff very helpful. Would I recommend BUPA - I am not ashamed to advise anyone of my provider and happy to pass on my experience but it is unfair to ask if I would recommend.
The person that we talked to about the policy that is best suitable for my husband and daughter knowledgeable and really patient and helpful in explaining the policy to us and answering all our queries
I have visited Bupa Bendigo Market Place twice in the past week. In both instances I have received outstanding service, from my initial enquiry regarding my rebate entitlements and then when I went in to process a claim. A special acknowledgement to Alex who is a great example of what exceptional customer service is all about.
Alex is highly regarded with his excellent customer service. He is truly a gentleman, pleasant to deal with. He explains well with regards to our intent of our health insurance coverages with my hubby. Time well spent with quality, informative and a bit of a laugh.
