Eliza was a great tour guide and had a lot of information about parts of Melbourne that I haven't seen before. She also was good at navigating us around different stops within the great ocean road tour.

An amazing experience watching the little penguins come out of the sea and making their way towards their burrows.
The tour was excellently organized with sufficient time for all activities, especially the penguin parade.
Emily, our guide, was excellent. Very informative, played some really nice music and ensured we all had a very safe drive back.

Yesterday, the 29th November, my son and I took the Great Ocean Road tour with the lovely Eliza. Despite horrific - i.e. Irish weather! - she made the whole experience hugely enjoyable. She was bright, humorous and helpful throughout the entire day. One of my abiding memories will be of her at Torquay: she battled gale-force winds and torrential rain to serve coffee and cake to her passengers. I loved her friendly approach, her music choices and her valiant efforts to keep our spirits high despite the elements. She is one five-star guide: a real diamond! Thanks, Eliza, for a most memorable day. We were blown away, in all senses)

I took the tour to the 12 apostles and really enjoyed the experience. Our guide Eliza did a great job in mixing information about each place we visited along with humor and great music. While the weather wasn't as good as we had hoped spirits remained high and I would not hesitate to recommend this day trip to others.

Great experience. I went on the Great Ocean Road day trip tour and had Chris P as my guide. There were plenty of interesting stops and opportunities to walk around. Would definitely recommend.

We appreciated Damo’s courtesy, knowledge and sense of humor during our Phillip Island tour. We saw koalas, kangaroos, wombats and finished off with penguin parade. He wore a red fedora when we were on foot making it easy to spot him as we walked. Plus he specified the letters NE for our bus which became essential information when we saw how many other buses were parked at our stops. He also played excellent music. Five stars all the way.

Sherif was an excellent guide. Had terrific insights to the attractions and even helped us onto our next destination. Incredibly friendly and handsome to boot! He even played music for us. Very polite and informative. Kept everyone together and on time. All the animals we saw were so cute! Got to pet all of them! So worth the money.

We are on the Great Ocean Road Tour today (21 Feb 2023). We had an extremely enjoyable time thanks to Jon C. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. We couldn’t get hot water from Noodle Canteen and he went the extra mile to get it for us. Absolutely outstanding!

Chris H was a great tour guide. Full of energy and kept the entire day fun. Lunch was a nice quality meal more than I expected. The cheese we tasted at dairy farm was excellent. The wineries were beautiful properties and some decent wines. The last stop the chocolate factory felt a little rushed but not by the tour more by the chocolatiers doing the tasting. Felt like I was speed tasting chocolate. All In all a fun day, would recommend.

Had a great day with Israel! He was super friendly, fun, and informative. We went to beautiful locations, saw so many cute penguins and other wildlife, and learned a lot. The pace of the day was good but Israel was always patient when I got back to the bus after the scheduled time! Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to see some wildlife and beautiful scenery near Melbourne.
