Would highly recommend Bunyip medical clinic. I was able to see my doctor within a couple of days and visit was handled with efficiency.

Easy pa4king! Friendly welcome from reception! Appointment on time which is great for a doctors visit!

I am disappointed that each time I request a new prescription no one gets back to me. Been going back and fourth ti chemist trying to get my prescription.

Great attention to detail and I didn’t feel like we were being rushed out. Our needs or concerns were heard and addressed.

The Bunyip Medical Clinic provides exceptional care and service to this community. The reception staff are friendly, respectful and accommodating and the doctors are knowledgeable and dedicated; working very hard for their patients.
Dr. Mamdouh Georgy deserves a special mention for his compassionate care, approachability, best practice treatment and formidable skill with a scalpel! I am very grateful for the continuing care and support our family receives from this clinic.

It’s nice when you walk in and reception staff are friendly with Smiles. There are good doctors happy to help and listen

Had my first dose of Pfizer as a new patient. Receptionist and Doctor were friendly and efficient. Good experience.

I would normally give this place 5 stars.until today. My elderly mum in her eighties was told off and lectured by the receptionist for being 10 minutes late (for which my mum had a reasonable explanation). When I rang Mum after her appointment, she was still a bit rattled by the experience.
I know it's a stressful time for everyone but please don't take it out on your patients! Remember to be kind.

I love this doctors and chemist next door and hope to keep them for ever.
I pray they can give us the best support we need, because we've had a hard 7 years and we know what works for us.

Professional, Warm, Friendly & Very Informative Reception Staff no matter how busy they are always wonderful and caring which has made my day happier than how it started. Informative Website. Excellent doctors whom are thorough, friendly and caring that do not treat patients as inferior and not quick to give medications and label you. I dislike having to go elsewhere. Other clinics could do with taking some pages from this clinic.

Although patients receive very good treatment it can be difficult to deal with reception. My sister-in-law attempted to make an appointment but was very rudely refused by the receptionist who told her that just because she’d been to the clinic before, didn’t mean she was a patient and refused to make an appointment for her. Fortunately the other clinic in Bunyip is friendlier.

Called Friday to make an appointment but was told nothing available until TUESDAY. Advertised as open on Saturdays but "they don't see new patients on the weekend" Not recommended, unless you're willing to wait several days

Doctors are great but reception is slack.im waiting on hold in excess of 10 to 15 mins each time i call to make an appointment.

Very highly recommended.
We had our first visit today.
I could not believe how wonderful both reception and dr were with my daughter, they understand the urgency and rushed us in on closing time and waited while taking care of her till the ambulance arrived.
