This company incorrectly installed our solar panels (which in itself took almost 2 months with constant issues) and then did not acknowledge their mistake for months despite my constant calls and emails.
They did nothing to rectify the mistake despite still receiving payments.
Once they had finally acknowledged their mistake (after I had to contact multiple other companies to prove it was their error) lot took them almost another 6 months to rectify their mistake.
Due to their mistake our business was out of pocket thousands of dollars. I contacted Bunnji seeking compensation for our loss and again was ignored for months.
After much patience from me and my company I had enough and left a negative review. A couple days after my review Bunnji quickly contacted me saying they would compensate my company if I removed my review. Wanting the entire situation to be finally done (as it had now been over a year) I agreed that I would remove my review in good faith, and also asked that they remove their false/fake review on our company.
They advised it would take at most 9 working days for the money to be transferred to our account.
It has now been 3 weeks from when we were told this and they have ignored all 6 follow up emails and calls.
So again I am leaving a review as it seems to be the only thing that they respond to.
Their customer service is extremely disappointing, would not recommend Bunnji to anyone.

Have been ignoring us for almost a year despite us constantly emailing an calling them to rectify a mistake they made while installing our solar panels.
Bunnji is amazing. Always so helpful and what great service. I dealt with Towhid and Pooja - such terrific people. I couldn't speak more highly of them. You guys are terrific.
The worse company in the world, special marketing and customers service all talk bulshitt they can do anything make you join with them
Never ever talk or join this company the service very bad and the line very2 bad,
Worse customer service ever. I am trying to close my account since Nov.last year and contacted customer services for so many times but my account is still not close now. They said someone will get back to me soon but no one ever called back.

We were not sure about this company initially but by transferring our business phones and internet to Bunnji was the best thing we have done. Bunnji Tech Jim came and installed everything for us with no extra charge. Commander used to charge us $20 late payment fees but Bunnji never charge us anything like that. The support is excellent and price is very reasonable. We are very happy with Bunnji
All our hosted phones and apps on our mobiles are working. Our employees are answering phones from home as planned. It has been wonderful experience dealing with Bunnji.
We were with Commander for our office phone systems. Bunnji has slashed our phone bill by half and they have one of the best customer service teams.
We have recently changed our company phones and Internet to Bunnji. We were not sure when we signed as we did not hear about the company before. Surprisingly, this was the best move we have made. Jim, the technician was very helpful and trained us on the new LG Ericsson phone system. Our phone bill cost has gone down by 30%. NBN with dedicated 4G dongle is working fine. We recommend Bunnji to other small businesses.
