4 months ago I was in Bunnings Wonthaggi’s new store and had the sales attendant Lisa go out of her way to help me with my purchase.
She was very polite, professional and well spoken, then when I had what I needed I went along to pay and the lady at the self serve counter was as good as Lisa. She helped me with processing the sale and had the patience to talk me through the process.
Unfortunately I didn’t ask her name.
Both are an asset to the Bunnings sales team at wonthaggi.

Why the hell would you relocate the Bunnings, only to not stock EVERYTHING. Like untreated pine!
Have to drive an hour just to get untreated!

I arrived at Bunnings Wonthaggi today on the 18-9-2023 to purchase a AEG 1800W Dual Bevel Slide Compound Mitre Saw for $599, however on arrival found there was only one in Stock on the shelf & the box had sustained damage. I asked the Bunnings worker Ross who was working in the tool section at the time if he had the same product in stock without any damage & he said no, however would offer a 10% or greater discount to which I agreed. I asked if he would help me lower it to the trolley to which he agreed. He then said he would get a bigger trolley to carry the Mitre saw, however after a minute he returned with a female worker by the name of Sarah from the special orders desk, who examined the damaged box & the refused any discount at all. It was an extremely embarrassing & unprofessional situation. I filed a feedback complaint & was contacted by David who gave me the runaround & said there was nothing he could do for this inconvenience.
What a waste of time & petrol Bunnings Wonthaggi.

You have lost two more customers.

Brand new store has lots of stock and helpful staff. Not as good as Lilydale Vic store for stock, they have everything you need.

Thank you for hosting the Multicultural Womens Group to a tour of your store and for your kindness and hospitality to allow us to ask questions and be part of a mosiac plant creation. The store is amazing and I have only had positive feedback from tradies as well. You were very generous with your time and the cafe in store is a bonus. Excellent asset to shopping for the ones that are not familiar with building stuff and for builders with experience as well. Great staff, great location, great store.

A huge shout out to Chris. Chris was so helpful funding a product for me. Other vynnings stores *Sale & Traralgon* couldn't be bothered and didn't offer sypply of product. Chris even posted the item to us. Thanks Chris your service was amazing, keep up the great work.

What a huge disappointment the so called NEW WAREHOUSE IS ON SERVICE, LACK OF I SHOULD SAY. I go in get what i need and roll up to pay and all they have are 4 Self Serve registers with people lined up, and 2 closed actual registers.
Obviously Bunnings think we are all sheep n need herding out, I don't use cards, So i had to ask where I pay with CASH as no staff working the registers, was told to go to service desk, then had to wait whilst the service desk did what they are meant to do, returns, orders etc.so 10 mins later I finally get out of there. Up your game and give stdaff back there jobs, n start treating yrour customers like humans NOT SHEEP, have a CASH REGISTER OPEN AT ALL TIMES, we shouldn't have to ask to be served just because we prefer cash over cards. For a so called warehouse car park is very small already 1/4 filled with workers cars, can't wait untill Xmas and cars parked all over the streets nearby.ohh what a nightmare that should be.

Much better than Mitre10. Plenty of stock, prices are good and when you can find staff, they are very helpful.

Absolute disgusting treatment of my 72yr mother been accused of shop lifting my a team member who caused a scene embarassing my mother who broke down in the store. The team member admitted it was a case of mistaken identity.not good enough.
Store manager said team member retrained in policy and think that's enough to fix the issue
My mum is too embarrassed to even enter the store
Absolutel breach of policy by this team member and defamation of my mum's character.

Average Bunnings, looking forward to when the new, bigger Wonthaggi Bunnings is built. Every time I go down for something they never have it and I have to drive to Cranbourne.

Perfect as always the trolleys you need a licence to use but so helpful so know l can pack and move to my new rental property

Guy in the toilet department very arrogant! Not alot of variety on some lines. Paint department try to b helpful but had no clue!

Update 10/11/22 To Amy on info desk register thankyou for your lovely, friendly, corteous service today, you were a pleasure to deal with.
Seems to be a lot of new staff which is great, old staff were rude and knew nothing about what you wanted, hopefully a good start for the new store when it's built.

This is a Bunnings store not a warehouse but is still massive filled with all your Bunnings needs. Easily assessable
with a good amount of parking.

A big thank you to Nicole at the Wonthaggi store for providing exceptional customer service. I had a faulty lock on a sliding door that I had purchased. Nicole ensured the supplier replace the lock with a new one. Without Nicole's assistance I would still be trying to get a new lock from the supplier. Probably the best customer service and follow up I have had. Thank you so much!

Lovely store, lovely people, clearly not enough parking which theyre working on by building another one.sometime.which is the only reason I'm not in there every weekend.

A smaller Bunnings. Pretty good but appeared to be lacking the full range of the bigger stores. I believe they're in the process of building a bigger store somewhere nearby so when that opens that will be great.

So many staff.such poor customer service! One register open (yet again) with a line of customers waiting. Meanwhile a plethora of staff are wandering about, talking on phones and others seemingly doing nothing. This is so typical of this store. Here's an idea.instead of staff members standing at the front door greeting people and others roaming or hiding in various aisles.how opening another register (or 2) and actually provide decent customer service!

Staff always happy and helpful good selection of goods. No it has not changed still good staff attention to store and customers and well stocked
