These reviews are pretty much all fake. Compare this place to millers junction. Understocked and poorly staffed
Today I was struggling to find a carpet steam cleaning system which i saw online and then Rosie came along Thankyou so much for your knowledge and kindness and for sorting all my queries in record time and in one go!
I have to mention that Isle 40 and 41 (Cleaning isles) are immaculate, fully stocked and made my shopping experience so much easier

Here also I needed to buy home light again, and it was good because Philips gave good price I mean cheap and quality also good. So Bunnings can't be ignored for hardware kinda requirements.
The staffs are so rude. I strongly do not recommend this shop. They do not know how to care with customer properly. The worst burnings ever!
There’s a lot of stuff. My head was about to explode when I looked at the Ryobi One stuff.
Couldn’t find the lock I was after, or the plants. There are a few people wandering around you can ask and they know where stuff is.
I didn’t ask. Probably should have. The sausages take EFTPOS.
I love this Bunnings Store. Underground parking providing protection from weather. Clean, well stocked store with friendly staff.
Big Bunnings! Will lose hours in this shop looking at all the amazing products.

Rude customer service
tried to take 4 cardboard boxes as im moving houses, was told im only allowed 2 and should be considerate of other customers, its only recycled cardboard boxes, not toilet paper, no one wants to hoard them, dont act like they're so precious
I went to Bunnings West Footscray to purchase Bollards. The two staff members - young girl and a young man were extremely helpful. They both offered to load the Bollards in the trolley and they walked me to the car. Bunnings had the goods I needed and I will recommend you visiting this Bunnings. The two staff members were extreme helpful and knowledgeable and went out of there way to help me.
On two occasions now, I've been spoken to really rudely by the middle aged blonde woman running the click collect. Was happy to overlook the first time, not the second (30/9). Will be going to the Sunshine store from now on.
I’m glad staff member MARIE is on her way out! Talked to a few staff working there they all said they were aware of her disappointing performance and she’s on her way out for a good reason hence someone is taking her job.
Disappointed how I was treated by one of their managers who’s leaving the job in 5 days, I kindly asked to pay for three items separately and explained that was for meeting my bank account bonus rate criteria before end of this month, she’s got a huge attitude and told me it’s a waste of their print paper. Also bumped the ceramic pot I paid for on the bench! Very pathetic attitude, even before that I had to wait 10sec for service standing right in front of her because she was looking at her phone couldn’t see me.
Had a huge arguments and made complaint to someone else, they told me she was leaving the job and didn’t care. If you’re leaving a job you absolutely H8, wrap up ASAP, instead of coming into work for psyched and ruining other people’s days because your own is miserable.
I am from regional vic and this store is the only one who had what l was looking for. I spoke to Maddie from special orders and what an absolute delight that this young lady is, she couldnot help me enough and got everything sent to a closer store for me. Many Thanks Carey
Waited 4 days for click & collect for 1 item. 20+ cars in the queue only 2 staff serving. Spent more time chatting than working.
Your staff need to learn how to greet, talk, and treat customers.
I went to click and collect today 12.30-1pm collect time. I sat for 25 minutes in a line and watched every car that arrived after me be served with 1 staff member which was not enough for the amount of cars.
I was finally approached by staff member Kaila her first sentence was not "Hi how are you" but in a rude tone "do you have a mask" I replied with no i dont need to wear a mask! Her reply was I cant serve you without wearing a mask. I replied as i said I do not need to wear a mask i have an exemption. She then scanned my order walked off and came back with my order which was 1 small box of grass seed. She waited at the back off my car but i wanted to put it in the car not the boot so i got out of my car and took the order. I told her that she didnt need to be so rude with her attitude and then she yelled back at me walking off" im the rude one. " I went to 4 other shops after that 1 to have a blood test and was greeted politely with" hello how are you today how can i help "not even asking about no mask i felt welcome and not stressed. I will never go back to your store and suggest you train your rude staff how to treat customers!
Went there for a click and collect, my local store did not have my requested stock and they supplied everything I needed
Click and collect turnaround time is super slow. I ordered online click and collect on 29/8. Took 4 days to receive a message for my simple and basic orders for 2 x bags of soil ready to pick up. They should hire more casual staff if they don't have enough ppl to accommodate the demand.
Kmart or other retails take approx 24 hours. Last year was 24 to 48 hours time from Bunnings which was reasonable for just basic order. This year more than a double time. Too long for customers to wait. If I would have a choice then I rather go and buy and get it straight way.
Do not order online for pick up. It will take them a week to pick something off a shelf for you When other businesses do it within the hour. Impossible to get a refund or talk to anyone or get an email response
