Bunnings Warrnambool reviews
58 The staff at checkouts where run off their feet, I waited awhile for service to pick up a click and collect order.
Not the staffs fault it was very busy and maybe not enough serving.
Not enough staff for advice.
Self serve, I don't pay exorbitant prices and work there.
Lots of useful gear grab the bunnings app makes it a snap to find items defo plus 1 for the approves you exactlocatio within the store. I wish coles would do this tooo
Awesome stock range, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Can always get what I am after at a reasonable price
Wide range of hardware and garden supplies at warehouse prices. Helpful staff who know what they're about.
Rebecca from the Trade Area was a breath of fresh air! I had to place a Special Order and Rebecca made it so easy plus a great sense of humour!
The staff here are generally very good. The range is larger than the Colac store, and they stock tiles. I would like to see Australian hardware stores in general stock a lot more products from the United States, where they are spoiled for choice in DIY. There are great products that cannot be bought here, even via Amazon unless one wants to pay extortionate prices. I would also like to see a customer incentive scheme and more sales.
I went out to Bunnings today to ask for some help with a floating floor that l was installing. Eddy helped me and talked me through the process. He took my number and even messaged me to see how l had got on. Now that is service! Five stars from me!
Enormous range of goods and very helpful and friendly staff. Very well-organised and well-maintained Gardening section.
Great staff i have found the Warrnambool branch great to shop at with helful and pleasant staff with most of them having good knowledge of what i have been going to purchase
Plenty of parking. Entrances through the main building, timber yard and one through the garden area. It's not one of the real giant bunnings so some things aren't stocked but it has a decent range. The plants are fairly well looked after. The staff don't immediately approach to offer aid which is actually a good thing. The self-serve machines could be open a bit more often but that's my only criticism.
Somehow the snags dropped from num: 3 restaurant in Warrnambool to 18 on trip advisor. Don't trust trip advisor
Toni, today, was so helpful to me. She helped me find the product I needed and displayed such pleasant customer service.
Got a lot prices are not any better than a hardware great place if you won't to Window shop
Staff were great! Trade area possibly the worst in Victoria way to tight and has a dodgy layout
Cougah went above and beyond helping us find our products on Thursday evening. Gréât employée, thank you.
Thanks Scott and Alex at Warrnambool Bunnings exceptionally helpful with our dilemma of the BBQ. Thanks again for the help guys. Nothing seems to much of a problem at this store
Great bunnings store.always find what we are after. Click and collect is ready and stress free. Friendly and helpful staff
Went above and beyond so nice thankyou I am going to enjoy my spa and awesome tea you gave me It made my day always will happily shop here
Usual regional Bunnings - still waiting for much stock, depleted items still missing for weeks. Often looks like lits of stock being added but last week's & months missing stuff still NOT added. Another trip to Ballarat, Geelong or Melbourne sadly.
They also frustrate customers by the stick in the centre aisle - looks like it was an early Bunnings with wide aisle until the management decided they could put more stock in without adding floor space or to allowing customers with trolleys, wheelchairs, etc to be able to move around?
