Bunnings Warragul

Lovely service and friendly staff. My daughter loves bunnings, going for the kids DIY and the cafe of course.

To Jenny that works in the cafe what a wonderful cheerful lady was so nice seeing her work you made my experience lovey

Bunnings is always there. Needed some screws for a late night job and they came to the rescue again and of course the staff were fantastic.

I Love bunnings. They always have what I need. Have just completed a deck. I was helped by an employee who told me exactly what I needed and gave me some amazing tips.on how to do it more cheaply. I love how they employ people who seem like they enjoy being there and also know what they are doing. Well done bunnings and staff keep up the amazing work.

When it comes down to service from the wood metal and pipe Warragul much easier to deal with than morwell at Warragul I was treated like a human being and not just another day on the job thumbs Up Warragul it might be a bit of a drive but I will be going to Warragul Bunnings* morwell need a shake up very poorly delt with there out the back section

Great store, very clean, well stocked plant selection and clear sign direction.
Only Let down was a young staff member publicly lecturing another young staff member in front of a queue of customers.

So very happy with the service we received yesterday 26th September 2022. The staff were amazing sorting out our issue with a faulty shed. From Ace, Chris to the brilliant gentleman in the trade area (forgot his name, sorry, he's the one with a glorious red beard). All the staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Customer service is excellent. Had to return an item & it was a smooth & trouble free experience.

Bunnings as we like it. Seriously impressed with staff members. Cheerful hello when passing. Want help? - get walked to area I need, not just directed to an isle.

Will get better service from the smaller hardware store everytime. Only 1 register opened 8-10 customers in line. When asked if they'd open another register was 'told' they didn't have anyone else.

‍️ useless. While they have some great plants & appear to b well stocked the service can b woeful
Edit: plants still fantastic, mark downs can b plenty, shame can never find a helper when needed.

Big place and again friendly staff. Brought poly fold tables and the staff helped me to the register. Shop all the time. Recommend

I do like bunnings but have trouble finding someone to help. Then find 6 workers standing around talking down near the cafe

Such a wonderful atmosphere here on Easter Sat. A lovely young lady (named Tamsyn I believe) came around to give the kids some easter egg chocolates - also snuck me one - and later, some Bunnings blocks. She had bunny ears onand was in very festive spiritalso very good to see this generation using their manners and being respectful.

Also, nice cafe food. The staff seemed very stressed but were still kind and happy️

This is a great store and the staff are very friendly and attentive, all you have to do is ask them if you can't find something and they will take you straight to what you are looking for, or find out what they can do to help you get it. The store has been totally renovated and redesigned in the last couple of years and is now the largest Bunnings in Australia

My great grand son loves bunnings, the staff are great my great grand son has made a friend there and he is a great guy,

First time in the store. Huge. I mean big. A typical Bunnings store, but lots more stuff. Been back again to get some storage shelving for the garage. Won't go anywhere else now. Best bunnings store in Gippsland. Have fun shopping there.

I was served by Stacie at the customer service counter. I needed to get a refund on a faulty item and Stacie was very friendly about it and made the process easy and stress free. I've returned another item a few weeks earlier at a different Bunnings and that experience was nowhere near as pleasant. Thanks for the great service.

I enjoyed going into Bunnings, they have plenty of plant varieties to chose from. Most happy with my shopping experience there.

Got plenty of help today, I think it was because it was over 30°and not everyone likes the hot weather. Oh and plenty of parking also.
