Bunnings Torquay reviews
51Usual Bunnings layout. Staff friendly. Only problem is they either don't stock certain items or they are out of stock which requires driving 20km to their larger store.
Was having a hard day, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed and Jan went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed and was so kind and helpful. Can’t sing her praises enough. Your little bit of kindness went a long way.
Every time I come here, I am really impressed. Everybody who works here is really nice and the service is great.
For a good range I found that they have stock that may not be available in all stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make a difference to.
They seem to have serious security issues.
The guy in tool store was asked by me and others for locating items.
He said he can not leave this area long.
He helped me find what I wanted but seems this store has security issues.
I will probably go to North geelong next time not as much stock at this store either.
The 2 boys today, Kevin and Tom, were so helpful finding what I was looking for. Nothing was a problem for them and at the end they made sure I had everything I needed.
We were looking a dog bed and found a suitable one online as we live really close we thought we would go in and collect it as it was in stock. We got directed outside which we found really strange. We were looking and couldn’t seem to find it so we went and asked again apparently they were in the stage of redirecting items and what we were looking for was in aisle 32.we couldn’t get though because it was blocked of they kindly let us in to find what we were looking for but not the right ones we were looking for. Not my best experience try better next time Bunnings.
Only 1 service manned till. Had to wait a while to be served. Lots of staff floating around not doing much and not sure what the point if the greeting staff is?
Friendly day staff, i enjoy going to Bunnings for specials, tho Mr Bunnings is a trillion air, prices should be a hell of alot cheaper,
Just a shambles, I have to come here a lot due to location and it is hopeless, staff in the timber area just stand there and watch, there’s always stuff in the isles in the way.
Worst Bunnings I’ve ever been too!
Imagine my surprise when after a few months a way i walk back in to my local Bunnings straight in to plant section and to my surprise the best worker is no longer there sean andrews was his name and what a loss for the company it is as every one i spoke to in there is an absolute goose he was the only one that actually knew what he was talking about well if sean reads this i will miss you mate and good luck to where ever you moved to Bunnings torquay will be worse for losing you
Good selection of plants although some looked a bit unstable in their re-potting. The woman at the checkout on Sunday was so vibrant and friendly.
Smaller than other Bunnings so some items may not be here. It still big enough for a kids play ground.
Best example of tidy and in stock Bunnings in the Geelong and Bellarine Penninsula i have seen out of the 4 I have visited.
Nice drive, not far out of Grovedale. Plenty of parking and disabled spaces. Usual helpful staff, great specials, usually boxes available for packing your purchases. Friendly staff who for the most part are very knowledgeable if you need directions locating items in store and good knowledge about what you need for DYIs or best product for your budget. Thankyou Bunnings, makes a nice change from the local shopping centre.
I was helped by several staff for the 90 minutes I was there, everyone was super helpful and friendly! Thank you all!
Might'nt be the biggest store, but certainly very friendly staff. I'd drive down from Geelong, no problems at all? Thanks
Bunnos is always sick. Especially if you've got a leaking dunny or you just want a snag. Don't mind a cheeky snag when im there. Bit of onions would got a stray though. I mean who's cow do I gotta milk to get a bit of onion.
One of the best Bunnings stores outside of Melbourne. And I've been to every single one of them
